are they worth getting? i am trying to find the best knee pad but doesnt seem encouraging that you forgot about them

First off, Wingo man respect, really like your reviews, you got my sub. You talk about a lot of important things others forget to talk about. Keep it up.
I was wondering how these knee pads fit. If they restrict movement. If I can wear them with shin guards. And if they have held up.
Also wondering if you have and experience with other combat corner gear.
I'm about to order all matching CRNR gear for me and my sparring partner.
I'm ordering the MMA spar gloves, the Muay Thai elbow pads, the Elite Spar shin guards, and these knee pads.
I'm currently training in a 3rd world country with no access to good gear and I return to the USA once a year for a week. So, I will not have the opportunity to return any gear or buy better gear before I leave .... And this is quite an investment.
If you could help me out with any advice it would be greatly appreciated.

I still combat corner to my students. These knee pads are ok but they need improvement. But the is no company currently making anything better at the moment and they will get the job done.
You can wear them with your shin guards on. At times they do feel awkward though. As far as their shin guards and mma training gloves, I love their puffy max striking mma training glove. It's basically the same thing as my venum challenger 3.0 mma sparring gloves. I would recommend those. I like their Their Mexican style boxing gloves. They have great thai gloves too but I do not really like thai boxing gloves as much as boxing gloves
