Good timing for me this video buddy I'm recording a whole bunch of songs of my son these days, and used this feature to always give us a good bare bones start on every different song/new project. Now, how I got to the template was by opening a project of one of the first songs we recorded, deleting all of the recorded audio and reseting the devices on the majority of the tracks.. IE saving the routing/groupings effect chains Etc. Then saving as #template. My question is (which also coincidentally is related to your other recent video), when I go to manage files I'm finding the info about the deleted audio files as 'external files'.. Am I correct in thinking I can hit 'show' then select them in the browser and delete them.. then save as a template again? Obviously without deleting them from the project where they are needed..
