Taking A Youtube Break...
Hey team, I've been offered an opportunity that will be taking a up a large part of my time for the next few months, so I am going to have to back away from a large part of my time here on TH-cam. The channel isn't going away and I'm not quitting, but my regular streaming and video release schedule will be heavily slowed down. I'll still be posting occasionally and I'm always here to answer any questions that you may have, but I just won't have the spare time to commit to the channel that I've had in the past.
Expect more updates along the way, but I'm anticipating September will be when I'll be able to return in a more concrete way.

Really appreciate it bro😇 Need more kind of tips like this
WHOA!!! Holy crap this was AMAZING!!!! I recently had a Max For Live class and I thought it would be overwhelming but once you understand the lay of the land.....there is soo much you could do with it. My only question is, how do project or send out the video to say a green screen or video projection source as a background for your Ableton Live performance? Is it done through a video capture like OBS? thank you again Zaak!! Your videos are always supportive and exciting.
You just saved me so much time. Thank You!
All the best for you! Thank you for sharing your experience and knowledge until today.
Just in 20 min you gave the fundamentals of synth sounddesign!
"Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime."
It’s underrated. Like the speed at which I block channels which describe things as underrated. Toodle pipski!
That's what I've always wanted. Thank you very much.
thanks
ta
this answered so many things that other videos i looked up didnt, thank you so much<3
Thank you brotha
Absolutely awesome video! Thank you. I'm remixing this to blend into my current learning program. Thanks!
Pronounced more like "ex-si-tay-tor", not "excite-a-tor".
Is there a way to scale the velocity? In Logic this is done by drawing a line while holding Command
Hi! Everything works fine for me except the Warp from here setting which warps my audio to the project bpm and not to the original audio. Any ideas why's that happening??
Very useful
I love that the way you say "crispness" sounds almost identical to "Christmas"
THANK YOU 🎉
👍👍👍👍👍✌
THANK YOU!!!!!!
I knew this would secretly be easy. Thanks man!
So, this is a Plonkish thing.
Thank you! I was wondering how to send sounds back into their own tracks and create feedback loops for creative use but this is the clearest explanation I've found. I am accustomed to hear "warnings" about feedback loops getting out of hand, just as you did, and using a limiter on the track to put up a wall against worst case volume spikes. Any comment from you on that technique?
Thank you so much so simplifying this technique. I knew there had to be an easier way!
EQ8 has a bunch of formant presets too.
@ 1"14 when you first map the CC to the repeat, Live's MIDI browser shows MIDI Ch1 ; whereas we can clearly see on the Beat Repeat, that your Twister sent on Ch2. Which works. This still buggers me, as I can't figure out why - especially since when you map the 2nd NOTE controller, Live's MIDI browser shows the correct mapping on Ch2 for the CC... (good work with your videos man, I just happened to stumble upon this one and had to scratch my head !)
Thanks for sharing ✌✌✌
This is exactly the information I needed, much appreciated!
WOW … this Channel is totaly underrated. Great Video ❤ thanks a lot.
we still miss u
Thanks.
you genius i love you ty omg
"This is why it's very important to rename your tracks and ensure everything is organized" - has 6 tracks called Bass1, lol Great tip though.
Man Ive been dealing with this for 2 years now and mainly doing my overdubbing in Maschine 2 but finally was like I need to learn how to not erase when I record over this straight in abelton lol your video answered exactly that immediately LOL THANKS BROTHA!
This reminds me of the LFO interface from Serum, exactly what I've been looking for! Appreciate the video
great guide thanks x)
Your sending it to output 16 but your interface says 8?
all well and good, but your face is in the way - i get the gist though, thanks
thank you for being the man
Thank you Sir!
Holy shit I've been trying to figure out this for some time. I found it so counterintuitive that we cannot have automation clips without audio - this is a hack, but I suppose it works! This is exactly what the live performance god Beardyman does. Thank you!
now do it live
How would i record this output please? \
Love ya
Thanks, just what I needed to know
So how do you change CC values. I am using oxygen 49 and I am able to MIDI-MAP but do not see place to change the values
Polyrhythms are the business. Just started to listen to lots of Bangrah music and using elements of their drums in the music I make.
Thank you!!!
