[ SSF2 0.9b Mods ] Vergil | W.I.P 1: Demonstration & Ideas

Well... this is weird xd. Hello everyone after so long without uploading something related to mods it's time to get back to work.
In this case I'm not bringing Jotaro but Vergil which is one of the characters I had pending and thanks to D2TD I can make this character and I will also be collaborating with him to update his respective mugen char adding Beowulf and Devil Trigger to the character.
