I like how people make fun of Scooter and consider him stupid. He is a mechanic that is able to understand how teleportation and quantum physics work. Sure his vehicles look like junk, but under the hood of his machines lays some of the most complex technological marvels known to man. His vehicles have infinite fuel, infinite ammo, and repair themselves from damage. If anything, him and his sister are the smartest characters in the game. Even if it is in a "Beautiful Mind" aspect.
