What keyboard are you using in this video with which switches. The older video of 187wpm on Huntsman Elite was that with purple or red switches thank you 😊
@@OatsOats Thanks for the reply. Do you think switching from QWERTY to Colemak-DH is worth a try at the age of 39? I am a programmer, working on keyboard for almost over 12 hours daily, and read many good things about Colemak-DH.
@@DipakCGajjar absolutely. I know a guy your age who switched actually to default Colemak and he loved it. Typing on an alternate keyboard layout vs QWERTY is like a night and day difference.
@@OatsOats I know it's matter of personal preferences. However, (1) do you think Colemak-DH (or any other Colemak mod variants) are worth a try directly than starting with the default Colemak? (2) Do you still feel comfortable typing on QWERTY? if so, at what average speed? Thanks again. It feels like knowing for ages when I meet someone who meditates. I am a certified Pranic Healer myself. 🧘♂
@@DipakCGajjar yeah I think DH is worth it, all up to you. I maintain QWERTY at around 150WPM just off of practicing it once or twice a week, although I already had a very high speed on QWERTY before switching so I already have that muscle memory, but regardless of speed if you want to maintain your QWERTY muscle memory that’s possible too as long as you keep using it somewhat.
Good to see you're still hitting those longer tests man. Nice job on the PB. Hope training is going well for you. When does UTC actually take place? Have the organisers confirmed a date yet? Let me know and I will jump back on Discord before it actually happens. Currently really enjoying being Discord free and just focusing on typing.
trainings been going fantastic, I was hoping you would hop on discord today as I sent you a lot of stuff over the week thats worth looking at. I've decided to start adding ghosting into my training (by ghosting almost every quote I come across on typeracer maintrack) as it's massively helped Amaranth/Joshu. Unfortunately no news on UTC just yet.

Is the keyboard you're using the das x50q or the 5q?
Uhhh whatever is the newest I’m not sure

Totally agree! Meditation can give you unexpected results with inner peace.
Which keyboard layout do you use?
I use a modified version of Colemak-DH called Colemak-DHv which I messed around with to suit my preferences.
