I’ve had the 5400 for several months now . Yes just the fact that it cleans itself before you make a cup of coffee, reassure me that you’re getting a clean cup of coffee every time. It’s a breeze to clean .
I couldn’t be happier with the Phillips 5400 . It does exactly what I wanted to do without having to press the button twice to get an extra shot of espresso in my coffee drinks. I feel spoiled every time I use it. I love this machine and this model.

If you leave a cup under the spout for the initial rinse, the drip tray won't get full -- in fact, the used grounds hopper fills faster than the drip will. Also, the intention of the milk frother cleaning is that you leave the LatteGo in-place -- then the channels inside of the milk reservoir will be rinsed. Thanks for uploading this video!

All of the cleaning and not being able to fully clean the "brew group" ever because of its design made me sell my Philips machine and switch to Nespresso.
