I try to play with as little cyberware as possible, I play as a largely organic V who uses a bunch of EMP/Shock damage to marginalize the cyberware advantage of everyone else, and my new favorite gun is a Militech Ticon with Spintickler and Supercharger, and going heavy into Tech Bolts. The lightning chain's to enemies and the more it does the more likely the EMP also chains and kills everybody. Basically an EMP gun. It has killed 8 enemies in one shot for me before.

Umm...the Pozhar XMod2 (with 2x Kneel mods) STILL breaks the game if you use it, it's an Instagib, you can literally just run through a crowd of 10 people, aim in the general direction of their legs, and clear them all out before reloading (a 10 shell mag).
Best one is actually just the basic Nekometa, with the T5 tech scope that keeps it at half charged all the time, plus the chimera mod for 200% charge 100% armor pen. Second mod slot is flex (Equalizer, Headroll and C-thru are all decent options) Breakthrough sadly cant change scope for some reason. :(
