Only thing you didn't account for when testing other weapons is ability specific traits, sharpshooter with ARS and such allow guns to exceed the capabilities shown. Just like with the amount of damage shown by the Quasar, other weapons increase damage based on skills.

Tragically this shit doesn't exist anymore.

This is so lame. It's not overpowered. It just knocks the enemy down and takes all your ammo to kill the damn thing. Hey everyone let's use all our ammo on one mov and be broke forever. Or we could get idk the lucky leveraction rifle from far harbor or the overseers guardian and actually kill stuff.

Little known fact but the projectile launch system functions like a smart weapon! If you don’t want your shots to swerve then use it with a smart link, you just gotta wait for the lock on.

Well... The funniest way to get rid of foes is to transform them into an explosive barrel and throw them at the next enemy. So with a simple spell and throw you kill two foes in an instant

What? Netrunner, you can just walk in with infinite healt, regen, ram, damage, while invisible, and still never get detected because you oneshot everything before anyone can see you, without even trying to be stealthy. Oh and deflect bullets with katanas if they do decide to shoot you :P

Not possible anymore after update 2.0, so far as I know.

I guess u need to unlock the perk that allows u to edit or modify melee weapons

Disclaimer: It might work on people, but people with guns can still murder you. Also, some people carry stimpacks, which heal this.

There is no better bug but the time you could combo non lethal damage and hacks = Non Lethal Mass Suicide all the way :)

The 3 sets of 2 combos he mentions are super useful early-mid. The unforgivable and tier 3 trait builds are mid-late. The transformation spell is also very fun when you upgrade it…….If you like turning the enemy into exploding barrels you can throw back

but you know you don't need a mod for that, mods block achievements. just enter the phrase to download the item ID in the command table, then search the Internet for the ID of the mod you are interested in and change it. it's not a powerful mod anyway, this weapon has another one that's on par with mirv laucher, it's a laser rifle with an explosive mod. I explain how to make this weapon, an ordinary laser rifle has low damage, so we need to complete the first mission at the Brotherhood of Steel, after completing it you will receive a laser rifle with higher statistics. then you need to improve it. you have to make this automatic weapon with a beam splitter, the rest of the modifications are optional, at the end we add an explosive mod. Not bad. But, myself, I prefer Netrunning builds. I use roughly the same build without the cool. Body, tech, Int, and reflex. Air dash and net running feel like the magic system in this game and giving it up, I feel you lose a lot of what makes combat special in this game.

i just beat the Wight... i used immobilize as well as the Guangzhi power... hid behind rocks, blocked his path of the hadouken and stayed away from his ground tremors. took about 50 tries, but i got it done, and came here AFTER! jeez

Before 2.0 my overpowered (and broken as hell) build was simply ping + headsot through walls with a good sniper, i wasn't even trying to optimize it with any headshot percentage damage 😆
