I used to work for a company in Reston VA that had a side office in Fort Collins CO to help deal with all the government agencies there, one day I looked up rents in Fort Collins and couldn't believe people were paying that much rent for one BR apartments in Fort Collins.

It’s all perspective. It is Definitley more expensive than it was 10 years ago. It’s way more expensive than living in Sterling CO. But it’s a fraction compared to living in New York City.

Cost of real estate and living is absurdly expensive! People are completely sick of the cost of everything in CO
