I lived in Loveland for 2 years and enjoyed the trips to Ft Collins for meals downtown Fort Collins.

Hey Guys: Retired, qualifying (employing) broker here, not going to diss your video at all, it was/is really good (it's now summer 2024)... However, something to think about. A lot of people enjoy a college town, because of what the college brings to the town, I lived in Las Cruces, NM for 8 yrs., because of NMSU, that town was so vibrant, well... Fort Collins is the same with CSU, so I would look at this as a pro or plus, not a con. I've lived here for 12 yrs now & can't think of anywhere I'd rather be... Oh, one other thing, most people that live in FoCo are damn glad we're an hour from Denver, we wish it could be more😂

Thank you for watching. The college town is something people either love or hate.

While I found your video interesting, I think it failed in many ways. There were no comparisons to other cities in Colorado except for Denver and a few mentions of Boulder. Ft. Collins is completely different, in thousands of ways, from Denver. You talked about Ft Collins being a con due to it being a college town but you didn’t consider people who enjoy the activities that come along with colleges. Talking about forest fires should not really be a factor in the livability of Ft. Collins. Many cities and towns in Colorado deal with forest fires, as well as many other states. You also discussed the traffic issues of driving TO Ft. Collins but that is not actually in the town itself. So maybe if you are traveling to and from Ft. Collins, that might be a factor to consider but not if you are just talking about living in Ft. Collins.
All in all, I believe your video is way off base and came nowhere to “hitting the mark’. Sorry, you struck out here.
By the way, just to give you a clue, I live in South Dakota, and there is no city/town in this state that might compare to Ft Collins, CO.
