@@huhuhuhurricanestreamwow7937 yes but the 2018's 1st semi-final was just a "bloodbath", and the first country in the running order obviously has been eliminated. In 2019 the 1st semi-final was "easy" for Cyprus, that had a "Fuego" 2.0, these semi-finals cannot be compared.

If you want to listen this singers and after you will say Azerbaijan singer's voice is good or bad. 😉. But i m never say kazak singer's voice is not beautiful. For ex. I listen every day Dimas Kudaibergenov. He have 4 oktav rage sabina also hav 3 oktav. I dont you know about music and solfecio. But i graduated music school. Staging was a total mess even though Aisel gave her 100%. Also chorus should be supported by the back vocalists much more stronger. No matter what, we should have seen Aisel in the grand final! Yes! I'm still listening in 2022 ❤️

Because the semi was just too strong. Many people consider it the best semi final of all time, which meant a lot of great songs had to get cut. If she were in semi 2, she'd qualify easy, not even s borderline.

god, it was such a tough semi final. to be honest it was one of the strongest semi finals i have ever seen. plus, she sang first which is a serious disadvantage. even though she came 11th. i think it is a great result because i loved almost every song in that final. i'm sure she would qualify in second semi final. congratulations azerbaijan. love you so much from turkey💖

Simdi seviniyorlar ki ilk defa finala cikmadik, her yil finala cikidik da hepsilerin zoruna gitti. Neyse siz’de artik dönseydiniz Avrupalilar biraz da yansinlar, yine bir birimize 12 puan vericegiz.

most disadvantaged? dont make me laugh. Azerbaijan managed to get to the final every year and even won with a mediocre song, so i feel this is justified, because it was a strong semi final, same with Greece but they screwed up the staging.
