Performers like him are extremely rare who actually like to perform not because it's their profession but because they actually enjoy their performance... It's like they are living their life to fullest when they perform
the fact that he wrote lyrics and the music himself, and now is one of the most popular songs of the 21 century, that is wild in a good way, i’ve been a fan since 2020, and i still love and find this song song to be amazing💙✨
The most impressive is that Alexander also composed, and wrote the lyrics of the song. Then he sings, and plays the violin. Not many other ESC winners did the same.
Surprised that he wrote the lyrics-- I assumed he was singing phonetically and didn't actually speak English. The song is good, but I'd like to hear it by someone else. He's not the best singer.

Everyone’s talking about how great Alexander performance is, but let’s also give it to the stunt guys who performed smth like Norwegian folk dance mixed with some nice acrobatics as a gymnast athlete I freaking love it
I am really impressed with the guy doing acrobatics at 1:45
Its norwegian folkdance, goes back for centuries. They åerform in norwegian folksuits, which is different due to where your family lived ... The jump with hat used to be an old contest 💕💕
@@danielmota2850 what he does is a gymnastic sequence: back roll to handstand to continuous back handsprings to back flip
@muhammad hammad sure, this is something like tornado kick or 540 kick which is quite common for male folk dances in Norway

the fact that he wrote lyrics and the music himself, and now is one of the most popular songs of the 21 century, that is wild in a good way, i’ve been a fan since 2020, and i still love and find this song song to be amazing💙✨
The most impressive is that Alexander also composed, and wrote the lyrics of the song. Then he sings, and plays the violin. Not many other ESC winners did the same.
1000th like i guess
Surprised that he wrote the lyrics-- I assumed he was singing phonetically and didn't actually speak English. The song is good, but I'd like to hear it by someone else. He's not the best singer.

@@JapaneseSoomi he's from Belarus
Thats what i was thinking. I just randomly stumbled on this video. Im an American, and i was saying his vocals alone are no where near the best (though not bad at all as well), but his entire performance is very well done. He has a nice level of charisma and a wonderful star quality. He performs the violin magnificently as well. I can definitely see the appeal in him. Is he quite famous?
@@KonataIzumi43 I believe he was actually sick when he performed! Also he’s not a native English speaker so it’s a little more difficult 🥰 He was quite popular in Europe after he won Eurovision 10 or so years ago

Plus the music wasn't that shitty 😉
@@noname6389 Actually.. it's not the music getting "worse" over time but the people who can't adapt anymore. After you reach a certain age most people stuck with a music genre they like. That's why nearly every generation thinks that the music of the other generation sucks. 🤓
@@minchen_2265 cmon i mean probably you are right with that argument with most of the things like technology and stuff but not the music. its just bad music. song need melody and meaning. it needs centiment. it needs to talk to your soul. there is a saying in my country that says "music is the nutrient of soul".not liking and doing controversial stuff to others bodies. also i didnt saw any girl who likes one direction anymore. because most of the fans grow up to see that its bad.
