      Kale is cabbage, but not all cabbage is kale.

      here's several things for curing leaky gut
      Eat a whole food, nutrient-rich diet that avoids foods that irritate your gut
      Make sure your digestion is working: You can eat an idea diet, but if you aren’t digesting food appropriately, it is not going to help.
      Find and eradicate underlying food sensitivities - eliminate a suspected food for a period of time
      Discover ways to reduce and eliminate stress:eg Prayer, meditation, yoga, adequate sleep, and acupuncture
      Consume gut healing foods and nutrients
      Balance the gut flora using appropriate amounts of fermented foods in your diet each day.
      Find and eradicate gastrointestinal infections
      Consider the use of gut-irritating medications:
      Reduce exposure to environmental toxins
      Make sure you have enough sleep and avoid overtraining which are a form of stress to your body.
      (I discovered these and the reasons they work on Richala Remedy System site )

      There are several factors in treating leaky gut at home. One resource I found that successfully combines these is the Richala remedy system (check it out on google) without a doubt the best plan that I've seen. look at all the great info .

    I like Sauerkraut. sometimes I mix my Sauerkraut with sesame paste, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. goes really good together. never seen purple Sauerkraut. the best is the one with caraway seeds. that's really good by itself. defiantly helps my digestion.

    I've gone onto a similar diet due to gut health as well. Kombucha is a drink I've found has also helped. Easy to make at home and affordable that way! Store bought is way to too much money for the amount we drink.

    Your smoothie looked really delicious. I have been thinking of starting to have smoothies for breakfast since I am considering going full vegan. I agree with DJoy. Can you please share your recipe for those seed crackers? I know you don't want to turn into a cooking channel but those seed crackers sound like they could be a great addition to my diet.

    Great video! I have gone through a lot of the stuf you mention to try to fix my stomach problems. Sauerkraut is the best! As for gluten, for me the problem isn't the gluten itself but the consistency of certain bread types (like white bread and bread with a thick consistency). It's just harder for my system to process for some reason and often leave me constipated. Thank you for sharing your tips and trix!

      Exactly it can vary so much from person to person.. I have a friend who's stomach get's really messed up if he eats to many grains, so wholegrains is not good for him even though official health tells us to eat lot's of grain. It's fascinating:)

      Easy way to move the bowl when you eat something hard is to JUMP UP AND DOWN , MOVING YOUR HANDS ALSO UP AND DOWN FOR ABOUT (1) ONE MINUTE OR MORE AS NEEDED. YOU WILL FEEL THE BOWL MOVING , IMEDIATELY DRINK 16 OZ OF WARM WATER WITH LEMON OR LIME JUICE TO PUSH THE BOWL RIGHT AWAY.
      YOU WILL HAVE TO BE CLOSE TO THE TOILET
      BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO RUN TO IT
      THIS HAS WORKED FOR ME WHEN I GET UP FIRST THING IN THE MORNING
      HOPE THIS CAN HELP ANYONE

    Loved this video, I use pro biotic, as well, I also try not to use cows milk, and try hard to cut down on my gluten , I usually have my green smoothie for my lunch, making these changes has changed my life,

    I just would like to add that you should drink it right away or within 30 minutes. The nutrients in the smoothie start to break down fast once it's blended. Fresh is the best.

    Not dairy!! oh my goodness that is a major allergy issues for so many and has pesticides and antibiotics... Other good ideas in your presentation. In Healing your gut you heal your brain & so much more. Peace

      Bone broth first think in the morning to break your fast is excellent and healing to your gut. Also organic foods and grass-fed meats, cage free eggs which are without the pesticides that kill your bugs in your intestines.. Sugar and alcohol harms you much. Peace

      It's called ActiGreen and produced by PharmaGreen.. make sure to get the peppermint kind the one without is undrinkable in my opinion ha ha:)
