      🔸▪️🔸▪️🔸▪️🔸▪️🔸▪️🔸▪️🔸▪️🔸▪️🔸▪️🔸▪️🔸▪️🔸▪️🔸▪️
The mental alertness which is induced by the caffeine in coffee is enhanced with the addition of CBDa, but also there is a great reduction of the irritable side-effects like anxiety and the jitters that is associated with caffeine that many people experience.
This is the reason why CBDa & Caffeine infused together make a great combination for promoting alertness, focus, energy & productivity without the side-effects like the jitters or caffeine sensitivity. It is also great for alleviating inflammation & pain etc.

Maybe because black tea is already full of tein / caffeine so you are already running on a high on a dailu basis... and if you combine that with occasional coffee too it is that 'last drop' in your body... in your bodily organs it creates an overdose.. and it seems it was that one dose or two dose of coffee but there is something already underneath the waters... :)

This seems accurate to me, and is made even worse by people the Spanish call "exitados" using caffeine. And exitado would be somebody whose nervous system is dominated by the sympathetic side. That's most people but the minority of the other side, dominated by the parasympathetic NS would not have nearly so many difficulties. This past 3 months I was going through so much stress. One day I drank a double shot espresso and had such a horrible panic attack I thought I was having a heart attack. ( I am in my 20s so highly doubtful) long story short- I am 3 months caffeine free and have had less panic attacks. I also think I have another food related intolerance or allergy related to rapid heart rate after consuming soy or things will tons of vitamins and whey protein. I’m also unable to drink alcohol... last time I did I had the same reaction I did with the caffeine. Interesting. I wish I could drink coffee still and alcohol. I’m hoping I figure out what type of food allergy I have to help. I can barley handle decaf :(

The reason why you start worrying more after caffeine its because caffeine not just stimulating nervous system and stress hormones its also stimulating brain activity and amygdala (fear centre). Amygdala is tricky one when gets too activated. People who are prone to anxiety should avoid sugar and caffeine.

Alex Mitchell I’m also curious if it is COFFEE or the CAFFEINE that is most detrimental. Tea has caffeine, so that does that fall in same category as coffee? And decaf still contains a small amount of caffeine. I think there is ~10-15mg of caffeine in an 8oz cup of decaf, but the amount of caffeine depends on the type of bean and how it was processed.
