I know how this ties in too because you usually have caffeine in the morning, and after that you get anxiety. To get rid of the feelings of anxiousness you get alcohol which numbs those feelings I use to do this all the time when I quit caffeine I quit drinking too

Yes. One of the reasons we drink is to get the relaxed feeling from a couple of drinks. But if you're off caffeine you usually already feel relaxed so I you end up with far less cravings for alcohol. With caffeine you're always searching for something that will take the edge off. So yes I think alcohol and caffeine go hand in hand.

Truthfully speaking, The instant cure for anxiety is to understand the fact that there are infinite amount of possible outcomes in this universe and our brain only thinks of a handful . A bad outcome can become the means of a good outcome in the future. Just like that a good outcome can become the means of a bad outcome. For example, you lost your job (bad thing). But then you got a new job which is better ( bad thing led to a good outcome.) It's an endless cycle. So just go with the flow and don't think about it . 😄 Goodluck.

hey man I was the same as you. I smoked weed and drank coffee and I would get immediately feelings of dizziness, nausea, lots of tiredness but above all, problems breathing.. really shallow breath. the shallow breath was what was triggering my anxiety.
first i though it was the weed but when I quit coffee and continued smoking weed I figured out that it was coffee all along giving me all those symptoms.
nowadays I smoke only weed, fine as hell, able to have full anxiety ridden breaths and no nausea or tiredness.

It's best not to label yourself that you have a 'disorder'. It's just that just like anyone else you are more sensitive to something than others. For me even one cup of coffee can screw me over for next 2 nights.

Ever since I got the 4th dose of the covid vaccine I developed an intolerance/sensitivity to caffeine. I would get racing heartbeats and turn to full blown panic attacks everyday for a week. I’m able to control it now. I had so many tests done and thought something was wrong with my heart but everything was fine. My doctor told me to avoid anything with caffeine : coffee, cocoa, decaf coffee (cocoa), chocolate, tea, energy drinks. And it’s working. I cried when I made hot chocolate and realized I can’t have any lol 😅😭 it really sucks because I love coffee I enjoy making coffee and now I can’t have it. I can’t even go to a coffee shop anymore. It’s very hard and life changing

No coffee for 30 days. Better sleep. When I get tired I take a power nap and I have energy again. Will highly recommend caffeine, it will however most likely take 3-6 months before you are completely back to normal

I wonder if my chronic running nose relate to the crazy amount of coffee I’ve been drinking? I’m huge coffee drinker and used to drink at least 5 cups a day but now cut it down to 2-3 a day. I was very healthy, never had any problems until coffee came along. I’m suffering from extreme runny nose that never stops daily, I have to carry box of tissue everywhere I go. Non of my doctors could figure out what is wrong with me. And of course I have high anxiety, heart rate is higher than my normal heart rate. I can barely fall sleep. I must work on cutting off Caffeine all together.
