► INSTRUCTIONS:
✔️ 8 Circuits
✔️ 2 Bodyweight Exercises Per Circuit (Strength + Power/Plyo)
✔️ Timed Intervals (perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest)
✔️Repeat Each Circuit x1 Set (No Repeats)

Power: In/Out Squat Jumps
2️⃣ CIRCUIT TWO
Strength: Push Up + Knee Drive
Power: Burpees

I started just this Jan relearning how to even walk again. I came across your channel in my search earlier this yr for workouts. I cldnr even lift 3lb dbs.
Now I can not only do Hiit workouts but I can lift a ton more than I use to. Doctors told me I wld live life from a bed Starting just at 37yrs old. I was in great shape before over night it all was taken. Well I took it back and refused to not give up. At almost 6 yr journey of nonstop research and refusing to give up.... and will be 1 yr since I was starting to relearn walking again.... I have went from a size 18/20 am now a size 6!! which is even smaller than i have been my whole adult life! I've lost almost 80 lbs this yr and gained so much strength, muscle, endurance, stamina, and determination. I feel powerful and strong and the energy is the at an all the time high!! Thankyou for doing what you do helping so many !!! I always look forward to whatever challenge you throw at me cause I love to see what my body is truly capable of! Appreciate you and your content!

Fun story: I was sore from yesterday, tired because I’m getting a cold, and thought I just had your 10 minute shoulder, biceps and triceps in me. After that I decided I ought to add 10 min no repeat abs because why not? And I just finished this one as my finisher- another 15 minutes! So there ya go- came to do one workout, left doing three: thank you for making these! Oh and my 22 month old hung it with me the whole time 😄

Just wanted to thank you for this content. I am a 31 year old, previously very active woman, that’s been recovering from an injury for the past 18 month, at one point so severe I could not stand/walk. This has been the first organized workout I’ve done since. There were a few movements that I had to modify the modified movement but I made it through the video and was tearful at one point out of joy just so thankful to be able to do these movements. I love your energy and really appreciate the side by side movement with modification throughout. Thank you! I plan on continuing to recover and build back strength and endurance through your workout videos. ❤

Loved it. Added it on to the day one challenge. After 8 babies and gaining a lot of weight with the last high risk one you have helped me get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. PLEASE consider making videos with a timer instead of talking/yelling! It gets annoying, and I also prefer to listen to music or a podcast or watch a show while I workout. I am going back to Caroline Girvan, but I will watch and wait for you to take out the talking someday because I really enjoy the actual workouts. I just can’t stand the constant chatter and the yelling.
