Hey Gail, that is why I gave the recipe in pint form, to make it easier to adjust for each pint jar you have, trust me giving it in the single pint while filming doing 4 pints is not easy.

Lol my jalapeño are hot enough for me, I like flavor with my heat. These will not have any heat at all as all are sweet peppers or capsicums
