I love this house, especially as it is purple. I would like a bit more storage in the kitchen, but that could be accomplished with a pantry cabinet. The office room was amazing. I have had an office in every home we lived in as I am a writer. In thinking of living in a tiny house a dedicated space for writing has always been an issue. The distance between living room and office is excellent for noise level. The litter box layout is fantastic if you have a cat. Being able to remove litter box from outside of home would be a big plus. Not having a cat means you have a good place for plants or decoration for the cat walk. I give this house a 10 on a scale of 1-10. The best layout I have seen of any tiny house. I think I am going to save this cause you just never know what life has in store for you.

Love this! The bonus room would be my bedroom and I would make the door a pocket door so I can maximize the space.
I like to bake, so a lot of counter space is important. Also, I went out of town with friends and the rooms had vessel sinks. Every time I washed my face and brushed my teeth, the water would run down my arms and drip off my elbows. I think it's great for taller people, but not practical for shorter ones.
Nicest Tiny Home I have ever seen!!!! This checks all the boxes. I had decided against a tiny home but this layout is PERFECT. Beautiful design and the "extras" are amazing.
Once inside, I couldn't hardly hear the person behind the camera even though I turned it up really high. The craftsmanship is really awesome.
You guys are the best TINY HOME BUILDER I have seen! You really make use of all space available, nothing goes wasted. Much thought goes into your builds!

This interior gave me a crazy idea. Imagine instead of tongue and groove wood walls, a convincing log cabin. To save weight, the logs would be hollow. This could be achieved a few different ways, but you'd have to have relationships to make it happen. 1. Get access to logs before they are milled into lumber and split off "live edges" carefully marking the strips so you can glue them back together. 2. Get access to the fresh lathed veneers (preferably the outer first from each log) that are the precursor to making plywood. You'd probably want to remove the outer surface with a pressure washer to get a more natural grain. Use a mixture these sources if you need to limit the amount of investment in method 1, which will look the best. Great work on your channel! ☮️❤️🌈
Loved it, this is a keeper......truly big enough for friends and I love the extra room. It can be a nursery, office, private tv room etc....

One of the best models that I have seen and I have been obssessed with tiny homes for the past four years.
The cat door is brilliant!! Every tiny home I look at, I am always looking for a place I would put the litter box. This is genius! For that and the purple color- I would make this my home!
FABULOUS! There's only 2 things I would change: The trim in the master bedroom ... over the headboard, I'd like that rounded off at it's very close to shoulder height (not a big deal), and I would add a bar like the one the ladder hooks to for the loft ... I'd add that bar to the catwalk so you could readily use the ladder to get up there to water plants, fetch or place things. Other than that, I ready to move in!!!
Love this home. Your homes have the best layouts, the office space and the cat box outside of the living space are great features.

I love thé step and storage for shoes as you enter! And I love the insulated storage internet the gooseneck. And! How genius to platform the bed for storage that’s easily accessible by the steps! Brilliant bedroom design! But my favorite feature is the tall cabinets in the kitchen, I’m a tall woman and forever having to stoop to work on countertops😖😲🤨It’s a great house!

Let me just tell you - I couldn't find anything about this home that I didn't like! It's a 10/10! ❤️
This house is beautiful! I would extend the catwalk to go in front of the loft so you don't have to use a ladder to get into it. I'd put a handrail along the catwalk for safety, as I would be using it as well as my cat. I have breathing problems so it would be easier for me to go from one loft to the other by catwalk, instead of going up and down from my bedroom loft to my craft loft. I love the wood, layout and size. I would also need an attached garage for my mobility scooter to keep it charged and out of bad weather .
I have seen a tiny house that did that with a walkway with a railing from the Mom’s bedroom to the daughter’s and I think they had a cat too.
I really love the idea of the bedroom that we've got room to stay up in to get dressed or whatever and then the bed on the side. Fantastic
The fact that y'all for so much sleeping area in this tiny homes is truly amazing
I would turn the bonus room into an ensuite so I wouldn't have to go downstairs at night. I also liked what you did with the bunk bed house for the family, with closed doors and a table for their daughter. I always recognize your homes on other people's channels because they are so well made like the balcony, cat walk and walk in loft with raised floor being for a bed. I saw in another video that you don't ship the homes out to other countries, I wish I lived in the US lol.
Why not hire a local builder to build you one of our designs? We sell our plans and offer support to the builder to ask questions and get clarification on our process.
That would save a ton on taxes and fuel costs and support your local economy! ❤️

I love your tiny homes! They're all beautiful. Aside from the cost of the home, my biggest issue is where to park my tiny. Ideally, I'd own a piece of land but short of that finding a reasonable rental in a tiny house community is extremely difficult. Thank you for a great video of this beauty!

I love this tiny house!!! Could someone gift me one & paint the outside pink instead...💞💕💞💕💞 All I would change is the bath being tiled in a nice wooden/marble brown finish. I would also add more kitchen cabinets, a microwave, & a nice big deck & porch in one. Ohhh-That would be my dream house!!!💕💞💕💞💕
