Honestly you are missing ONE KEY FACTOR. Depending on the aircraft , there are exit legroom seats away from the lavatories. If this is the case, I will say that paying for this extra leg room seats may be better than premium economy.
That's not always true about priority boarding. Ive flown on Luthansa and United premium economy many times and i always end up usually in group 3 or 4. And if thats not enough, they will call first rows 25-37 first😡

The very slow customs process of some countries upon arrival cancels out any priority disembarkation and baggage claim benefits 😢
