  • Create a delicious, allergen-free vegan sausage using chickpeas. Nutritious & easy to make. Perfect for sandwiches, barbecues, and more!
    ✅ vegi1.com/recipe/vegan-sausage/
Delicious and healthy vegan sausage without additives very easily at home. You can make vegan sausage at home with various raw materials, such as soy and nuts. Still, I made a vegan sausage suitable for people who are allergic to soy and gluten, so I made this vegan sausage with chickpeas, which is suitable for everyone.
Because chickpeas contain protein, adding garlic, fragrant spices, and a little saffron and smoked powder makes the sausage taste unique. And I am sure that all the ingredients of this healthy and delicious sausage can be found in all your homes. Because there are ingredients that we always deal with in different foods.
The purpose of making vegan sausage is not to imitate meat sausage. When I was not vegan, my mother used to make it at home because she believed it was healthier, so we created the taste of vegan sausage ourselves.
This vegan sausage with chickpeas is easy to make, and you can barbecue on weekends. Or fry and eat a sandwich with lettuce and tomato, and cucumber.
Making a sandwich with this vegan sausage suits children attending school or camp.
In addition to being easy to make, this vegan sausage can be made in bulk and stored in the freezer so that whenever you don't have time to cook, you can quickly take the sausages out of the freezer and make a sandwich.
This vegan sausage with peas is very useful because if you want to make an attractive pizza, you can put this vegan sausage on your pizzas. Or make a delicious and attractive vegan hotdog. I already taught Hotdog; this link shows the recipe and video.👇👇

    - Black pepper: A small spoon

    - Turmeric: A small spoon
    - Ketchup: 1 spoon
    - Paprika: A small spoon

    - Thyme: A small spoon
    - Garlic: 1
    - Water: two glasses
    - Salt: A small spoon
    - Oil: two spoons
🟠 How to make vegan sausage:
Soak the chickpeas for twelve hours and change the water several times, then put the chickpeas in a blender and put all the ingredients and spices into the blender along with the water. Turn on the mixer to mix all the ingredients for one minute. Take a frying pan, put it on low heat, pour a little oil, and pour the ingredients in the blender into the frying pan; constantly stir until lumps are formed, and the ingredients are uniform, then immediately transfer the sausage ingredients to the sausage paper or foil and according to the video you see Close both sides of the sausages. And leave it in the refrigerator for three to four hours; after this time, you can slice the sausages as you like and use them.
    🔴 Tips and tricks:
    - Soak the chickpeas for twelve hours and change the chickpea water twice until the yellow water and chickpea swelling are removed.
    - Use any spices you like, but nutmeg and smoked powder make this pea - - sausage more delicious, and try not to remove it.
    - After adding the spices to the chickpeas, taste a little of its taste; if it is not enough, add salt or pepper.
    - Brewed saffron helps the taste of this sausage to remove the raw smell of peas.
    - After mixing all the ingredients, pour it into the pan and stir constantly with low heat so that it does not lump, and finally, the ingredients become hard and smooth.
    - If you don't have paper for sausage, you can use foil like me. If you don't have foil, use cellophane.
    - The important thing for rolling sausages is that after the sausage ingredients harden in the frying pan, quickly transfer them to the foil because if the ingredients stay inside the frying pan, they will harden and form.
    - When you pour the ingredients into the sausage paper or foil, quickly press both sides and close both sides.
    - Place the sausages in the refrigerator for three to four hours until they cool down and become solid.
    - After three to four hours, you can take the sausages out of the refrigerator, cut them to your desired size, and use them.
    - This chickpea sausage is suitable for grilling, frying, and boiling.
    - You can make a lot of sausages and store them in the freezer.

@@Mopsie Hey, I'll take that honest admission. I have empathy, too. And I eat meat. You might want to reconsider that part of your self-flattering narrative, though. We evolved to eat meat and those who eat it are healthier. Even the latest science on the earliest humans recapitulates this. The semi-nomadic pastoralists (mostly meat diet) encountered farmers (mostly grains/roots/musli) over and over again all over the planet, and almost every time they did their side-by side comparison in robustness of build and health and health of teeth ensured the outcome of that encounter. I see vegans as a subclass of people who live in language and in their concepts and dwell there, versus in raw contact with phenomenal reality unmediated by pretty ideas. It's a free world where I live, and I want you free to make choices for yourself like this. I just marvel over it.

Veganism is the next big leap in our evolution. She is already there.
