Thanks for your precious comments and history behind of all the songs! This shows us that your "musical journey" was rich and seriously mature! Please, could you react to "Burn Butcher Burn" from "The Witcher" with Dan Vasc? Another sugestion is "Dawn Of Victory" , when he performs with his own band "Fearless" and ft Fabio Lione (from Rapsody of Fire). Thanks!
Contrary to some people’s beliefs, Dan can and does sing other songs that are not metal. He has mentioned several times, if he likes the song, artists and or band, he keeps it close to the original. This was absolutely beautiful! Many thanks for your great reaction and continued support for Dan!
Thanks for you interesting and appreciative comments. Dan can sing these beautiful and gentle songs so well, and I particularly like anything he does with harmony. That being said, however, he does a delicate and emotional cover of Billy Boyd’s ballad The Last Goodbye. In Billy’s key, of course! No harmony, but exquisite singing.
This is such a beautiful performance from Dan. His pronunciation and diction are just perfect in this rendition and his voice sounds amazing. Many thanks for sharing your thoughts and insights into the song, it’s much appreciated my friend. : )
Heavenly harmonies and an angelic voice!❤❤ Thankyou for the explanations. So glad you enjoyed it. There is so much to choose from in Dan's catalogue but I somehow think you'd enjoy his and Gabriel's acoustic version of Loch Lomond. Also his Journey(Faithfully)and Toto songs. His Boston cover of "More than a Feeling" is another suggestion. Looking forward to more Dan reactions, thankyou😃
I really appreciate the history and insights you give with your reactions. This song is so beautiful with all the different layers of Dans voice and how he’s chose to perform it. I now appreciate it even more having you point out the symbolism and meanings that I didn’t realize. Thank you!!
Just as beautiful as all of his songs. With a lot of emotion and background. I've heard it many times and it touches me every time. Best metal singer, I'd love to hear more from Dan Vasc. ❤
Thank you for this great reaction to one of my favorite songs of all time, love the way Dan produced this! Look forward to more reactions to this fantastic artist!
Hi Deborah , I’ve enjoyed and will continue to enjoy talking about what I see and hear when I react to Dan , and his playlist on the channel will continue to grow over the coming years 😊👍
When Simon and Garfunkel did this mash-up of Scarborough Fair and Canticle, they had the advantage of two similar, yet distinct voices to play off one another as a type of an Old Englishe Round. Dan had to record both parts and then audio engineer them into a seamless whole. He gives us a small clue how this was done with the multiple Dan videos. He did it because he wanted (needed?) to.
Really beautiful versions by Dan are The Last Goodbye and Son Of Pain. Also: Loch Lomond. Please check them out sometime. 😊 Thanks for this reaction! Btw, I couldn't find out if you already reacted to Tommy Johansson, a Swedish metal singer. If not, please check out "She's Gone" (Steelheart). It's epic!
What a wonderful review ♥️I really appreciated the additional information too. It’s important. I also didn’t see the subtle smoke until you pointed it out. Thank you😊Off topic but it looks like you have some awesome tats😊
I’ve said since my first reaction to Dan , that he makes me watch his videos because I he always adds a little something that’s easy to miss 😊 and the tats , thank you , maybe I will walk through the story of them sometime , they started 42 years ago 😮
@@alan-reacts65 It's at the very end of the song (5:32) you will see Dan standing there about to say something, but you just stopped it there. Have a look he's usually got something to say at the end of his video's so if you just keep an eye out for him!! Thank you!!
@@alan-reacts65 I think she wants you to play the video through so we get Dan's comments at the end. Of course, we are always free to make a sacrifice to the algorithm gods of youtube by going to his site, liking, subscribing and commenting. It does help the artist out.

@@alan-reacts65 My pleasure. 🙋🏼♀️
Thanks for another Dan reaction. It's the best of 2 worlds, isn't it? A mashup of Simon & Garfunkel and Dan Vasc. It doesn't get much better IMO ❤

This is one of the most beautiful covers. Thank you so much for reacting to it. He is truly a very skilled and talented entertainer!
They are all covers lol, its an age old song but this is basically Martin Carthy's version that Simon nicked.
We love Dan❤
Love Dan and I always love the history and background of a song you bring to your reactions. Thanks for this one.

Thank you for your insightful reaction. Dan's skill is incredible. I would suggest Amazing Grace. It's like going to church
On the channel thier is a Dan Vasc playlist 😊 Amazing Grace was my second reaction and one of my favourites with Gethsemane 😊👍😎
