Speaking of spiritual community, people hear things and trust all without questioning. Karma- the cause and an effect. Reincarnation- the fear of death. Every idea almost based on some fear, defense of the ego.
Karma isn't good or bad, it's just an energetic exchange, what you put out, you receive back. It's like the word "consequence", people always see it in a negative light, but it's not good or bad, it's a result based on your actions. We are all programmed to focus on the negative aspects of situations instead of being grateful for the good. This doesn't mean ignore the bad, but maybe stop labeling things good or bad, they just are what they are. Keep doing the next right thing, don't get lost in the past, instead rewrite the past and connect a more positive outlook, pull the wisdom from the experience and heal the wound properly. Being triggered is not bad, this is the universe trying to get your attention. It is a blessing to be triggered and to have the opportunity to heal past blockages properly. I realize that when someone triggers you, it is not their fault, you subconsciously asked for it, there is something in your energetic field that is off. Face your fears, look at that old wound from a higher perspective, feel your way through it and close it properly. Love and light! I hope to have a TH-cam channel one day and help the collective. Just gotta get through this dark period. Thank you!

Karma is action. Which means untill we find balance untill we learn from our mistakes we have to do the same things again and again. Just like a school. No graduation untill you pass all lessons. BUT there is also a payback. Payback for the things we made we should have not done. BUT this punishment also comes as a lesson. SO yes ultimately life is a school where we keep moving forward.
I studied a famous pilot from history. I got the feeling that he was my Twinflame. What happened? That it was impossible he could be. So. My Twinflame experience conclusion was. I am a Twinflame to myself. This took time for me to accept. But. I would not have been able to go through the removal of Karmic blocks. Without this acceptance. Accepting the destiny of the Twinflame experience. Ensures the stable removal of those Karma blocks.
Good insight into building the soul. When we let go of materialism we become clearer.
There is good and bad "karma" which I understand as energy basically. You put out positive energy and you will attract positive energy. Put out negative energy and you attract negative energy. A karmic relationship is not about positive or negative energy. It is about lessons that your soul wants or needs to learn. At least that is how I understand it at this time of my awakening.
I agree, but a twin flame connection can never be karmic. It’s not karmic it cannot be. It’s your own soul it’s a spiritual awakening. Anything outside of that is karmic it’s lessons to be learned. I mean as the twin flame connection. That’s what we’re awakening to.
Excuse me but I think 💭 that when people say that they’re saying that they have their own individual karma that they’re clearing before they can come in to Union with their twin like my twin is married to a karmic partner in a toxic marriage & still in old belief systems, while I’m clearing out, my own individual karma, which is you know codependent the issues on him or even certain belief systems within me and my emotions and stuff like it’s a process we’re both awakening and learning, but I know that the twin flame relationship itself is not karmic

I have thought this for a long time...I've said this...why would there be karma, when for 1 wouldnt it just be a wash after a bit. Every one has done stuff so why would there be karma..it just doesnt make sense to me. Also, if we decide what our lives are going to be like before we get here then how can there be karma? We agreed for all of it to happen. That never made sense to me. I've said this to several people and they just have a blank stare or start talking the same malarkey that I've questioned and still no 1 can make me see it any different than what I have come to believe. Thank goodness finally some one says it besides me.

Good video. We have the model of a perfect person put in to us by culture, and this is the number one block in the spiritual community. More than anything else, I think, this prevents our unique expression as individuals. Yes, we are one, we are source, or whatever -- but God (if you like) calls us to be individuals, not zombies.

This came up after watching another vid. My immediate reaction was to out loud say, oh fuck. Lol I have a question.. for twin flames does the intensity ever lessen? If things continue like this I’m going to need a cardiologist.
TiaraTexas From my experience it goes in waves of intensity. Sometimes very dull also. But when it is heightened for me. If i choose to keep my divine partner in my mind, continuisly thinking of her. That makes it much worse. That part is my choice. I hope my experience helps you. 💓🙌
I have the same experience. But attachment is a emotionally daunting thing for the body. I have noticed that when i give it to god, or release it to the heart center. I feel it lessen

I bleed through other timelines and sometimes it happens when I am writing and I freeze for a second or two. The twin flame information is all over the place and confusing to me at times. Getting through each day is keeping me occupied , having fun, but I am really having to put in a lot of energy grounding and staying focused on where I am !!!!

Thanks Mel, for your take on this topic. I keep wondering what happens to all the things our souls learn on this earth school. Where do they use the lessons learnt, after exiting the body. Who helps the soul decide what lessons are to be learnt before taking birth on earth? When I look around, all I see are people who have no clue of their soul journey, soul purpose. So many pass over without even remembering why they were here. So what is the purpose of coming to earth, if soul lessons are not learnt in the first go itself? Should there not be a way of ensuring we learn at least most of what we have come here for. All I see is suffering and helplessness on peoples faces, when I walk down the busy streets of Mumbai, India. This whole theory is lacking in empathy, when its told that the suffering is what certain individuals have come to earth to experience. Does that mean we are not meant to help people in their sufferings, lest we take away their chance at their soul lessons? Mel, I would be grateful if you could answer my rather lengthy questions. Tried asking many way showers before, nobody wants to touch this topic.

I can't seem to grasp the concept of why or how one would choose that or even be allowed to choose to come in to do such negativity at a time when we are supposed to be increasing the vibration of the planet?

There is no right there is no wrong. There is only contrast which creates expansion or constriction. One feels preferred and we ask for more. No judgment no karma. Just cast members in alignment to co-ccreate the next evolution of a performance. For our learning and entertainment. Any reality is available. I suspect we evolve to higher variation availabilities.
Reincarnation is a word to acknowledge how we come into perceived form. As we ascend conciousness we no longer require the humanoid flesh 3d persona but it is preferred image, for now. Easy to accept.
Twins, flame projection is probably our souls 1st consciousness remembrance? Of a soul we agreed ? Or just remember...we can choose to project those realities on each other as "karma" only to remember that too is a choice. My twin I am happy to see in this physical form now in this timeline. I can remind him, he has choices just like I do to let go of contrast because he resonates with our energy as remembrance. We dont have to choose to live it again. We can choose new stories.

Wonderful vid as always, Mel. I will add some more fresh air on karma... The Sanskrit literally means ACTION. Karma isn't spiritual, it is simply physics on a soul level. This happens, that happens. Action and reaction. Newtonian physics applied to the "metaphysical" energy bodies and timelines. The grand billiard table of the cosmos. And "bad karma" is just the energetic flow of what we here on Earth call "GIGO" -- Garbage In, Garbage Out. Or... Gold In, Gold Out. And that's called good karma. But really it's all just how we choose to create and move and direct our energy, which swirls around the cosmos easy as Phi, vortexing back into implosion from whence it came, AKA what goes around comes around.
And in the Bhagavad-gita, for example, Krishna says that one who has no attachment to the fruits/results of one's labor/actions, is unaffected from ALL (karmic) results, both good and bad karma alike, for God/Spirit/Source/Love energy transcends the entirety of karma. Thus also you are, rightfully, continuously creating reality from the present, not cycling through "karma" which is a result of the past.

Belief systems when used relatively and not dogmatically are like algorithms of the infinite ungraspable cosmic design. Excellent concept from Zen Buddhism that they are real but only to extent that they are like the raft that leads you out to the greater tide - eventually you must let go of the raft.
Something about some of the things you said in the video, kept bugging me a bit all day... this evening I came across a passage I wrote not long ago (meant for my twin actually) that pretty much inframed my small bugs (with a little alterfication), so here goes ;-)
We all have our own reality - based on whatever belief-systems we may have! A muslim’s reality is just as real, as a christian’s reality is real to them - we create our own reality based on what we believe to be real;
If you believe in the existence of hell, hell can become a reality for you. If you don’t, you will never see the inside of a flame… and even if you did - it still wouldn’t be hell, because you’d perceive it as something different entirely.
It’s that simple - and when I say; There is no right or wrong - THAT is what I’m talking about…
A heart awakening is like a descending grace (opposed to the kundalini rising/ascending into grace) it feels like being hit by a shockwave with a 1000 miles per hour. Vibrating so deep in the core of your soul and being out through your heart, that it instantly raises your energy-vibration to a frequency so high it naturally forces up all lower vibrating energy/blockages in form of repressed memories and deep wounds of fear and anxiety, lack of self-worth and self-love; old karma ready to be processed, healed and transformed into light frequency, as it is unable to remain hidden or repressed in that current (unaligned lower) vibrational state, the higher we vibrate and transform into light beings..
And THAT is what karma REALLY is..! It’s NOT a punishment forcing you to live a certain life to atone and pay for all past wrongdoings you’ve done in previous lives!
No, it’s the self-inflicted pain by limiting negative belief-systems making you judge yourself as not good enough and not deserving enough and not lovable enough. And that is, what is reflected back to you as the reality you experience. Mirroring back to you, the lack of UNCONDITIONAL self-love for ALL that is YOU. Showing you where you still need to heal yourself by loving it "till death"...
That is what karma really is - it’s not a forced outcome of a destiny as punishment for the past - that is all religious bullshit and limiting beliefs, pardon my french…
It's a vibrational alignment of energies, simply resonating back to you, what you believe to be true.
We can always only RECEIVE (and perceive) the same vibrational frequency back to us in our reality, in which we ourselves are vibrating on...

Mel, my friend, karma does exist, but you were very close in your assumption. It is manifested in limiting beliefs and all kind of "old spiritual wisdom". However, karma is something negative in one's mind and here, we can and should get rid of it by recognizing it as something undesirable and a creator of false, limiting beliefs, and therefore we let it go.

Thank you for acknowledging that we come in to learn all kinds of things...not necessarily the American dream..nor is it meant for us all despite any LOA info. I do however, believe karma does exist; it is just our mistaken understanding of it that is the problem. Things are decided by us before entering a life and so after we enter, we have very little control over what happens during the journey because we set the lifetime in motion before we entered. I do not believe every soul on earth has a twin. It’s extremely rare, and I only know of 2 ppl who are real twins, all the rest is just ppls spiritual ego. If they were true twin I’m sure that this supernatural phenomena would be heard of world wide.
Thousands of years ago, with most people asleep; only a few were awake and aware of the connection, so it appeared rare. With a mass awakening sweeping the planet, more people are discovering their counterparts. There are some who are not authentic, but more who are. My adoptive parents were twin flames, and were in union long before it was a household word. I know 10 sets, besides myself, who are bonafide twins.
There are the original 3 waves. We have started the transition to a new form of relationship letting your heart choose your person but as the waves ripple & more awaken more twin flames will a merge.

ps I understand your frustration with "spiritual" teachers who regurgitate what they have heard or read but don't have known experience of what it is they are regurgitating so it lacks truth and real understanding. I happen to feel the same way. Karma is not payback; rather it is learning from past experiences and being presented with an opportunity to learn from it, either from the same perspective or from another perspective (injured party vs aggressor so to speak)
I understand that we can choose any thing for our lives in this timeline. I don’t then understand why if we are able to choose anything, would we need twin flames and graduate souls to propel evolution. Where’s the choice in that?
That is like saying "what is the point in free health care, we can't choose to not have it" having a twin flame experience is your higher soulself going "hey you can grow more if you meet this person" but ultimatly you don't have to choose your twin flame, no one is forcing you to do anything 😅 you could just never go to the doctor because you don't want to use the free health care. Or it's like being presented with a spoonful of sugar and piece of chocolate cake and being told to choose one to eat. Sure, it makes sense to eat the choclate cake right? But you're still presented with the option of eating the sugar. No one robbed it away from you...and some people may decide they perfer eating a spoonful of sugar because the choclate cake has more calories not considering that there are more nutrients in a chocolate cake compared to just carbohydrates in the sugar. Your decision is still your decision

Yes, you don’t have to be romantic partners or friends with your TF but I still get triggered by them, feel the energetic connection and think about them often. Since this all began I’ve asked my higher self to take it away from me but no haps! Where’s the choice in that?!
@@drewrites4613 I never said you don't get triggered? 🙃 The thing is, is getting triggered helping you to grow? Or is it just getting you to spiral deeper into obsession? Since meeting my twin the healing process has only been accelerated. And it has become choosing MYSELF rather than anything or anyone else. It's interesting because a false twin and an actual twin can stir up similar behaviour or thought processes but the results are like night and day.
But you always have a choice. If you choose to see yourself as lacking in freewill then that's what will manifest.

Basically, you saying that is like saying “what is the point in free health care, we can’t choose to not have it” was off base and just a really bad comparison. There are many things that impact you on the TF journey that one cannot control or has to learn how to temper and deal with. These things are completely outside of choosing to be with your TF. The original commenter makes a great point, because I’ve often wondered why I even need my TF for this growth process. Ultimately, I know my higher self chose this path but it’s a pretty natural and valid question to ask for those experiencing this journey.

If you don't choose yourself then you aren't choosing your twin. People don't have to grow, there's a desire to grow clearly if you manifest your twin but you don't have to. 😂And the funny thing is, as long as you give up your autonomy the less you're choosing yourself. You manifest your reality, no one else does. You and your inner being/higher self. You want to get from point a to point b so your inner being/the universe brings in whatever is necessary for you to get there. It's all a journey to yourself.

Ok...so if there isn't any reincarnation, and there is no 'right' or 'wrong', then the need for ascending becomes pointless, because everyone obtains the same thing at the end of life. Nothing.

Why I am obsessing about someone who on logical level is a total asshole. Why I am in so much pain? It was 2 months before I even hear word Twin Flame and what is all about. And extra few to start the healing process and find out which one of the spiritual guru talking sense and which one don't. @@eladan867 well its because the term karma means you have a debt you owe for something you did in the past and that can often be misused into thinking you owe someone simething or the universe will come after you, so you stay and endure and it becomes unhealthy. What he is saying is that we dont owe anyone shit. We can easily walk away from it because that is the lesson right there. That all we have to do is walk away. A ripple effect says something happened and its energy is still lingering, but you are not bound to it, you dont owe it, you dont have to work through any of it, you just choose not to be a part of it, weather its you, your twin, or someone else.
