Mel, thank you so much for putting this video out. I can tell you, you are spot on with everything you said. I can say so, because me and my twin are a long distance union. We have been for going on 5 years. He is in India, I am in America. To add to our challenge we have a HUGE age gap, I am 62, he is 27. We have never had the drama that so many other TF's talk of, no running/chasing, at least not to any significant extent. We HAVE had times of disconnect, frustration, miscommunication, etc. The times of disconnect are literally hell for both of us. Our connection is so incredibly strong, we actually feel each other..... our life situations are uncannily parallel, we sometimes experience same/similar physical sensations. But mostly, I can tell when he is thinking of me because my heart feels like it's going to BURST. We often call or text each other on the sense of feeling the other and we have constantly confirmed this. We finally physically met this past spring for about 6 weeks, and it was positively magical. We want nothing more than to be physically together, but the challenges continue to be placed in front of us. I know, I KNOW that if we are supposed to be together, we will. In the meantime, we ARE completely together, swimming through each other's souls and hearts. It's fascinating and comforting to me, that you completely confirmed the conclusion I myself have come to. When i think of the energy connection that we have that spans half of the earth, that's a LOT of love, light, positive energy that we are creating and sharing!!!! And if THAT is our mission, what we are here to do, then that's what we are doing....... it's extremely hard, painful, seemingly unrequited......relentless. But what we have is beyond any words, beyond any comprehension.......beyond any imagination.
I met my twin in India in 2014, but he resides in Italy and I'm in Canada. He was a bramacharya when we met so I only felt the love in my heart. A few weeks ago we reconnected through email and he openly expressed his love and I was so happy that my feelings were reciprocated. Since this time, I have fexperienced many of the shifts and changes, ie: the spiritual and etheric bodies merging, the powerful and intense love bursting from my being, creations and inspirations, healing on so many levels, my own inner union, feelings of being HIGH, telepahtic communication and feeling each other all the time. However, I have commitments with another man who I feel I have still things to "work out", meaning there are still lessons to learn for my own evolution. So I have made the decision to let go of the TF for now, as I know I have work to do on myself. We have stopped communication all together as we both felt this keeps things less messy, but the pain of the disconnection was intense the first few days on both sides. Now, it's been a week and I feel strong in my decision and know that everything will unfold as it should. I accept that if we are to be together we will and if not, he will ALWAYS be a part of me and we continue to stay connected on other levels until the time comes for things to change. Julie Marie I completely understand, being in a long distance union, at a distance of over 10,000 miles. I am in the USA, and he’s in Australia. I am also 12 years older than he is. And we met late in life, with the complications of well established lives, families, etc. We have not fit the stereotype Twin Flame paradigm portrayed in the groups. We have not been running and chasing, playing games, or gone through traumatic separations, perhaps because of our maturity. That said, we have our own issues to work out, and our ups and downs, which we work on individually and together.
Anyone else terrified by their twin? I never hear anyone mention how terrifying it is to awaken and realize you have someone before you have ancient history with.

Finally, the video that ties it all together for us. We have fought against it, but have realized that we are not meant to be together physically, and that we chose this from the beginning. Hi Mel, your approach to this is healthy and practical. Once again you've hit the nail on the head. I believe there is a lot of illusion in the spiritual community. Very few people realize why we are in 3D. We are here to evolve under the circumstances we have been given. When a soul begins to open up the reality of it can be soul shattering. I feel many use meditation and the twin flame connection as a form of escape. As a result, they are not focused on their own lives and the here and now. They can't manifest a solid life because they are not focused. To move into 5 D and beyond you must be ready to experience it on a conscious level. A soul will not experience this until it is evolved enough to do so. It cannot be done living life through illusion on any level.

One good thing about being a Twin Flame of a “certain age”( I am 63 and my twin is 77) is our vantage point does not resonate with the average Teapot lady, as we both have a more “mature” perspective. This is true. I hope that newer people on the journey can bypass the b.s. by learning from the "old souls". Somebody had to do the dirty work! Twin flame is an energy, not a person. This concept must be mastered before the twin flame that is destined to be both energy and person comes in the 3D. The distance with the catalysts teaches the importance of planting seeds in the higher realms while being detached from the way it will happen and the outcome. At a point, the connection ends, but everything you created still exists in the higher realms. The twin flame who matches your highest timeline comes in 3D, and any distance with them should be seen as the "final touches'. It is your chance to put into action everything you've learned from the previous connections, remember all the goodies you've already created, and devote them to the union.

Thanks so much Kristina! What you have described is basically the twin flame experience itself. Identifying with the label is just a means to help us understand the phenomena. Within the context of your perspective, no one on the journey could be called a TF, only people in union (with higher self). Therefore, it's not about who is really a TF or not, its about a person with the consciousness to attract the TF energy aligning the 3D with the higher realms. The whole journey is about learning to do this, therefore, the template will always be misrepresented by those who are still trying to get it. It's a process!

I agree... I am in a twin flame connection, never even met him, but it was INTENSE... I was already awakening for 3 yrs before I connected with him, but after that it has just grown and grown and grown. I now channel, am a healer, and much more, following my soul mission, as guided by the Supreme divine. I have been in a long distance yes connection for over 12 years including a devastating total disconnect for over 2 yrs because of a third party getting involved and actually marrying my twin. The marriage dissolved after 10 months. I have dealt w much judgement about this connection from people in "relationships" that I am sorry, but I view as sadly dysfunctional. And thank you Mel for acknowledging how difficult this connection is. It couldn't have come at a better time. And yes I have thrown myself into major creative work to stay balanced and fulfilled in 3d. This connection has slowly been evolving into a deep loving connection. Hi Mel, I am a new visitor to this uTube video. Funny how synchronicity happens. About three to four weeks ago I made friends with a man who posted on FB some lovely thoughts. Many people replied in kind as I did. Then at the last I somehow swept across the screen by accident and his FB page came up. He is an artist and this is a very strong interest for me. Having listened to what you have described has piqued my thinking and wondering what was going on. There has been a lovely connection but we have both been cautious. He is on another continent and we are seven years apart. There could never be a physical connection because of our age and family circumstance yet there is something in this attraction. We are both on the same page in regards to our awakening and access to the field. He works energetically in his art and I work energetically in my healing practice. I have been pondering on the need for the balance between the sacred masculine and feminine and how this might be accomplished. It still blows my mind when I come to a conclusion about something and then it's reaffirmed by someone like you. My twin and I have spent our entire connection, 13 3D years, basically separated physically. We develop and learn best this way. It's not easy to accept. Much of our heartache and pain has been due to a fixation on getting together and getting married. It's hard for humans with the traditional mindset to grasp having such a real strong connection without having them as your main physical partner. It was only when we reconnected and made the final decision that we would maintain our connection in whatever way is possible. Then much of our pain was lifted. We still find ourselves wistfully speaking of being together in a traditional partnership.... But we are both aware that we are best apart. And that fact does not lessen us. I honestly question the idea that I 'volunteered' or 'chose' to incarnate here. I have no idea why I would have done this. This place really just sucks-- however I try to spin it. This whole experience triggered repressed memories locked away from when I was a kid where I was ritually abused by a cult hellbent on enslavement by breaking apart the mother and father and causing the kid to be raised by a single mom (see the Willie Lynch letters and the making of a slave). I don't understand how this was helpful to me. It derailed my life entirely, and then my life was derailed yet again by the pandemic. I struggle to understand why I would have ever 'agreed' to this life. I can say with full understanding, clarity of mind, and removal of emotional interference that there is no way in heaven/hell/whatever I would have chosen to go through this. I also wouldn't ever refer to myself as 'fortunate'. All its left me with is a genuine hope that humans extinct themselves so that even if the buddhists are right about reincarnation there will be no chance of being forced back into this hellscape. Thankfully it looks like Russia is answering my 'prayers'.

Yep. 3 years here. A lot of creativity going backwards and forwards between us. Found myself recently finally moving out of the isolation phase and experiencing companionship with others in 3d with similar vibrations/frequency but still not equal to that of my twin and I. The connection between my twin and I is flowing better recently because of better communication levels we have been able to reach. It's been very difficult to get there. A lot of self development and working on meeting own needs has to take place in this journey. Making yourself happy is essential to make it work. Not expecting the other to do that for you. Thats a hard mind set to get out of at first. Sex used to be such a huge issue for me whereas it's turned around and is barely even a thought in the last few months. That was a surprise.The connection is the main focus and work on self. And incredibly difficult but fruitful way of living... sometimes i miss simplicity and the 3d relationship thing that was so secure, which I experienced with my ex husband. But this is about finding alternative ways to be happy without relying on that coming from one person. That's why it happens. I believe Twin Flame union/ mission for my Tf and I is so powerful of a mission for collective. We could do it solely as friends together United. No hid the weinner end goal. The key here is creative energy is divine feminine SEXUAL energy. I am in a long distance TF connection with another women (despite being in heterosexual connections my entire dating history and same for my twin). I heard Dr. Christine Northrup say once “A woman’s body is a reflection of the earth. When a woman feels pleasure sexually (again creativity is actually sexual energy trasmuted), she literally energetically heals the planet.” I personally feel we will have some kind of 3D Union for this very reason (our natal/composite astrology charts confirm my intuition as charts are a literal map/guide for the souls journey here). But I do understand how we couldn’t “lead” and set new templates if we lived in the same place. The only thing I don’t agree with is you’re statement about old souls. It’s not a race is it? Plus we are volunteering so it’s not a karmic indicator of not learning the lessons the way I’m interpreting how you’ve said this. Regardless, I’m more than willing to claim the wisdom my soul brings (even if it took me longer). Old souls carry such deep pain and trauma…so it’s not “slow” it’s soul trauma/fragmentation imo. Wow. THAT was interesting! You are saying that due to having a long distance relationship, we develop etheric communication as a compensation. Hmm. Yes. I think that makes sense. Your perspective offers some logic, through all the fluff. WE BOTH thought we were Twin Flames. Since losing contact, I have had an existential crisis. I am trying to be logical about all of this, for my own sanity, by looking at attachment bonding styles instead of just Twin Flame coaching. And to take personal responsibility. At this point I just want to figure it all out in a down to earth fashion using interdisciplinary thinking. Whether or not Twin Flames really exist as real Spirit Twins, for me, the reality is that this person and I had all the same signs and symptoms. My twin is in prison currently. Was supposed to have gotten out twice, one more thing from his past to handle, but the ethereal connection is what we call our tether. This video was amazing to have found! We know, or have discussed that we have work to do, never thought of it being work in the spiritual realm but that makes so much sense!! So much stuff was healed in me, in him, in us in a rapid rate just because we weren't living together...but then we were together, existing in different level, developing there like youve said. Our long-distance relationship was going fine until he stopped all contact, suddenly. He was supposed to be relocating to where I live. We started this relationship when we met as young adults; we're now Seniors. We went our separate ways when he went off to college & started a 3rd-party relationship. We've both been married & divorced.
Can't this ability develop with twins who are in separation living in the same area??? The reason I ask is because I know someone who develop these abilities that you speak of, they were with their twin off and on for a little while, but now in separation for a year-and-a-half. This resonates for me as well I have only been around my twin in the physical one time, and right now I have been very busy with the 5D with my 5D twin... the thing that helped me survive it is that I became detached shortly after I found out about my twin.

And I agree with that the twin flame relationship doesn't have to be hard and rocky road. I think that if it is, it is not meant to be in physical. Besides, we are old souls, so what is so hard to understand, that being hurt, and to hurt other people, is not something anybody should bear or do.
My twin and I are long distance. Only met her once in the physical, for my birthday early this year. Rest of the time has been.. challenging, to say the least. But we are learning a lot and gradually growing.
Mel, thank you so much for putting this video out. I can tell you, you are spot on with everything you said. I can say so, because me and my twin are a long distance union. We have been for going on 5 years. He is in India, I am in America. To add to our challenge we have a HUGE age gap, I am 62, he is 27. We have never had the drama that so many other TF's talk of, no running/chasing, at least not to any significant extent. We HAVE had times of disconnect, frustration, miscommunication, etc. The times of disconnect are literally hell for both of us.
Our connection is so incredibly strong, we actually feel each other..... our life situations are uncannily parallel, we sometimes experience same/similar physical sensations. But mostly, I can tell when he is thinking of me because my heart feels like it's going to BURST. We often call or text each other on the sense of feeling the other and we have constantly confirmed this. We finally physically met this past spring for about 6 weeks, and it was positively magical. We want nothing more than to be physically together, but the challenges continue to be placed in front of us. I know, I KNOW that if we are supposed to be together, we will. In the meantime, we ARE completely together, swimming through each other's souls and hearts.
It's fascinating and comforting to me, that you completely confirmed the conclusion I myself have come to. When i think of the energy connection that we have that spans half of the earth, that's a LOT of love, light, positive energy that we are creating and sharing!!!! And if THAT is our mission, what we are here to do, then that's what we are doing....... it's extremely hard, painful, seemingly unrequited......relentless. I met my twin in India in 2014, but he resides in Italy and I'm in Canada. He was a bramacharya when we met so I only felt the love in my heart. A few weeks ago we reconnected through email and he openly expressed his love and I was so happy that my feelings were reciprocated. Since this time, I have fexperienced many of the shifts and changes, ie: the spiritual and etheric bodies merging, the powerful and intense love bursting from my being, creations and inspirations, healing on so many levels, my own inner union, feelings of being HIGH, telepahtic communication and feeling each other all the time. However, I have commitments with another man who I feel I have still things to "work out", meaning there are still lessons to learn for my own evolution. So I have made the decision to let go of the TF for now, as I know I have work to do on myself. We have stopped communication all together as we both felt this keeps things less messy, but the pain of the disconnection was intense the first few days on both sides. Now, it's been a week and I feel strong in my decision and know that everything will unfold as it should. I accept that if we are to be together we will and if not, he will ALWAYS be a part of me and we continue to stay connected on other levels until the time comes for things to change. Julie Marie I completely understand, being in a long distance union, at a distance of over 10,000 miles. I am in the USA, and he’s in Australia. I am also 12 years older than he is. And we met late in life, with the complications of well established lives, families, etc. We have not fit the stereotype Twin Flame paradigm portrayed in the groups. We have not been running and chasing, playing games, or gone through traumatic separations, perhaps because of our maturity. That said, we have our own issues to work out, and our ups and downs, which we work on individually and together.

Finally, the video that ties it all together for us. We have fought against it, but have realized that we are not meant to be together physically, and that we chose this from the beginning. But we are committed to our Long Distance Union. And you are so right, it is the most challenging, most difficult relationship we’ve experienced. But we have been in this 8 years and counting, and giving up is not an option. Hi Mel, your approach to this is healthy and practical. Once again you've hit the nail on the head. I believe there is a lot of illusion in the spiritual community. Very few people realize why we are in 3D. We are here to evolve under the circumstances we have been given. When a soul begins to open up the reality of it can be soul shattering. I feel many use meditation and the twin flame connection as a form of escape. As a result, they are not focused on their own lives and the here and now. They can't manifest a solid life because they are not focused. To move into 5 D and beyond you must be ready to experience it on a conscious level. A soul will not experience this until it is evolved enough to do so. It cannot be done living life through illusion on any level.

This is true. I hope that newer people on the journey can bypass the b.s. by learning from the "old souls". Somebody had to do the dirty work! Twin flame is an energy, not a person. This concept must be mastered before the twin flame that is destined to be both energy and person comes in the 3D. The distance with the catalysts teaches the importance of planting seeds in the higher realms while being detached from the way it will happen and the outcome. At a point, the connection ends, but everything you created still exists in the higher realms. The twin flame who matches your highest timeline comes in 3D, and any distance with them should be seen as the "final touches'. It is your chance to put into action everything you've learned from the previous connections, remember all the goodies you've already created, and devote them to the union.

Thanks so much Kristina! What you have described is basically the twin flame experience itself. Identifying with the label is just a means to help us understand the phenomena. Within the context of your perspective, no one on the journey could be called a TF, only people in union (with higher self). Therefore, it's not about who is really a TF or not, its about a person with the consciousness to attract the TF energy aligning the 3D with the higher realms. The whole journey is about learning to do this, therefore, the template will always be misrepresented by those who are still trying to get it. It's a process!

I agree... I am in a twin flame connection, never even met him, but it was INTENSE... I was already awakening for 3 yrs before I connected with him, but after that it has just grown and grown and grown. I now channel, am a healer, and much more, following my soul mission, as guided by the Supreme divine. I have surrendered to the light and doing light's work for this shift into the New Earth, but even though we have not spoken in a year, we are connected astrally. Everything we do, it is astrally! However, now I am in a phase of detachment, not too focused on the union, but focusing on myself and my life path. My spiritual gifts are growing and it's needed to heal the planet. I have been in a long distance yes connection for over 12 years including a devastating total disconnect for over 2 yrs because of a third party getting involved and actually marrying my twin. The marriage dissolved after 10 months. I have dealt w much judgement about this connection from people in "relationships" that I am sorry, but I view as sadly dysfunctional. And thank you Mel for acknowledging how difficult this connection is. It couldn't have come at a better time. And yes I have thrown myself into major creative work to stay balanced and fulfilled in 3d. This connection has slowly been evolving into a deep loving connection. And interesting I have been becoming more neutral as to the outcome. Yes many "shitty" excursions, yes.
Now I understand very clearly, why my communication with my twin doesn't happen at all - it feels "strange" - in the 3. Dimension, why we can not communicate in words. Hi Mel, I am a new visitor to this uTube video. Funny how synchronicity happens. About three to four weeks ago I made friends with a man who posted on FB some lovely thoughts. Many people replied in kind as I did. Then at the last I somehow swept across the screen by accident and his FB page came up. He is an artist and this is a very strong interest for me. Having listened to what you have described has piqued my thinking and wondering what was going on. There has been a lovely connection but we have both been cautious. He is on another continent and we are seven years apart. There could never be a physical connection because of our age and family circumstance yet there is something in this attraction. We are both on the same page in regards to our awakening and access to the field. He works energetically in his art and I work energetically in my healing practice. I have been pondering on the need for the balance between the sacred masculine and feminine and how this might be accomplished. Oh ok I see what you mean. I've had a strong distance soul-to-soul connection full of drama and intensity, and I don't give a rat's arse (in Mel's words) if he is my TF or not, I didn't want to be with him for many reasons and still don't.
My two previous ones were drama and more drama. This one is just perfect, even though is a distance one.
They all have been a blessing, because we grow and evolve.

It still blows my mind when I come to a conclusion about something and then it's reaffirmed by someone like you. My twin and I have spent our entire connection, 13 3D years, basically separated physically. We develop and learn best this way. It's not easy to accept. Much of our heartache and pain has been due to a fixation on getting together and getting married. It's hard for humans with the traditional mindset to grasp having such a real strong connection without having them as your main physical partner. It was only when we reconnected and made the final decision that we would maintain our connection in whatever way is possible. Then much of our pain was lifted. We still find ourselves wistfully speaking of being together in a traditional partnership.... But we are both aware that we are best apart. And that fact does not lessen us. I honestly question the idea that I 'volunteered' or 'chose' to incarnate here. I have no idea why I would have done this. This place really just sucks-- however I try to spin it. This whole experience triggered repressed memories locked away from when I was a kid where I was ritually abused by a cult hellbent on enslavement by breaking apart the mother and father and causing the kid to be raised by a single mom (see the Willie Lynch letters and the making of a slave). I don't understand how this was helpful to me. It derailed my life entirely, and then my life was derailed yet again by the pandemic. I struggle to understand why I would have ever 'agreed' to this life. I can say with full understanding, clarity of mind, and removal of emotional interference that there is no way in heaven/hell/whatever I would have chosen to go through this. I also wouldn't ever refer to myself as 'fortunate'. All its left me with is a genuine hope that humans extinct themselves so that even if the buddhists are right about reincarnation there will be no chance of being forced back into this hellscape. Thankfully it looks like Russia is answering my 'prayers'.

Yep. 3 years here. A lot of creativity going backwards and forwards between us. Found myself recently finally moving out of the isolation phase and experiencing companionship with others in 3d with similar vibrations/frequency but still not equal to that of my twin and I. The connection between my twin and I is flowing better recently because of better communication levels we have been able to reach. It's been very difficult to get there. A lot of self development and working on meeting own needs has to take place in this journey. Making yourself happy is essential to make it work. Not expecting the other to do that for you. Thats a hard mind set to get out of at first. Sex used to be such a huge issue for me whereas it's turned around and is barely even a thought in the last few months. That was a surprise.The connection is the main focus and work on self. And incredibly difficult but fruitful way of living... sometimes i miss simplicity and the 3d relationship thing that was so secure, which I experienced with my ex husband. I feel that the pain is not only related to the expectations of the relationship.. but feeling the past life with the twin and how they could choose someone else.. its realizing this is a new life and so on a human level it is until death do you part for that life time.. but twins being connected well forever . Yes. Learning the etheric connection is key to everything. It’s the access point to everything.
The key here is creative energy is divine feminine SEXUAL energy. I am in a long distance TF connection with another women (despite being in heterosexual connections my entire dating history and same for my twin). I heard Dr. Christine Northrup say once “A woman’s body is a reflection of the earth. My twin is in prison currently. Was supposed to have gotten out twice, one more thing from his past to handle, but the ethereal connection is what we call our tether. So true. Thank you Mr. Mel. I, we wouldn't be who I am, we are now if we started to live together from the start. So much stuff was healed in me, in him, in us in a rapid rate just because we weren't living together...but then we were together, existing in different level, developing there like youve said. Certain gifts were developed. Energy is very real. We have gained tools and insights how to do stuff.......and then I was questioning this...is this been given to me, just to help me to create a family with my twin? All this insights how energy plays out. yes and no. :) As you have said just being in certain vibration is effecting others, so yes creating a family in this new energy level, new way of existing will have and already has an affect on ppl around us...but then there is also the need to share and teach others what we know and do. The gifts are not for keeping. It was never actually about us....well yes and no :))) Its about all others around us...we change, they change...sharing who you are and being who you are is the key here. Our long-distance relationship was going fine until he stopped all contact, suddenly. He was supposed to be relocating to where I live. We started this relationship when we met as young adults; we're now Seniors. We went our separate ways when he went off to college & started a 3rd-party relationship. We've both been married & divorced.
Can't this ability develop with twins who are in separation living in the same area??? The reason I ask is because I know someone who develop these abilities that you speak of, they were with their twin off and on for a little while, but now in separation for a year-and-a-half. This resonates for me as well I have only been around my twin in the physical one time, and right now I have been very busy with the 5D with my 5D twin... the thing that helped me survive it is that I became detached shortly after I found out about my twin.
