    ធើ្វម្ហូបជាមួយអ៊ីលីសា Cooking with Elissa
    Ingredients គ្រឿងផ្សំ
    1 pound catfish-ត្រីអ្តែន ½ គីឡូក្រាម
    1 cup dried smoked catfish-ត្រីអ្តែនឆ្អើ1កែវ
    ½ cup young tamarind- អំពិលខ្ចី½កែវ
    ½ cup pea eggplants-ត្រប់ពុតលំញង½កែវ
    1 lemon/lime-ក្រូចឆ្មា1
    1 glove garlic- ខ្ទឹមស 1 ដុំ
    3 shallots-ខ្ទឹមក្រហម 3 ដុំ
    10 chili peppers-ម្ទេស10 គ្រប់
    1 tablespoon prohoke fish paste-ប្រហុក១ស្លាបព្រាបាយ
    2 tablespoons fish sauces-ទឹកត្រី២ស្លាបព្រាបាយ
    1 tablespoons sugar-ស្ករ1ស្លាបព្រាបាយ
    1 cup water-ទឹក 1 កែវ

    I used to hate tik kreung when I was young. Khmer Rouge taught me well to eat tik kreung. Yes I do like it very much. You'd better have a lot of rice when you invite me for tik kreung. We don't have this leaves here in the state. Slek Rang & tik kreung are the best.

      Yes, you're correct about the rice. I never had slek rang before. Maybe because like you said, they don't have it here in the state.

      @@ElissaKitchen Slek Rang is a big tree. We only eat the young leaves. For poor people, they eat it all the time in the field because it's cheap, free.

    I've been told not to eat catfishes sold in asian store (like Paris Store in France) because there are chemicals added. Is that true? I would love to eat some...Amazing channel by the way. I watch your videos from France :)

      I'm not sure, but you could grill other fishes it doesn't have to be catfish.
