There is a way of seeing what your hair would look like in increasing stages of gray to white which is instantly applied and temporary; even instantly removable! TRESemme makes a DRY SHAMPOO that is advertised as leaving no visible residue. However if you spray on a lot it does become visible. The more you spray the more visible it becomes. It can make you very white. If you brush it too soon it falls out like a powder so you have to let it dry for a minute or so. It also tends to sorta set the hair so it’s best to style it mostly before using the dry shampoo. You can then lock the whole look (color and shape) in place with hair spray. It’s good for seeing what things would look like and for single appearance for the afternoon or evening. It won’t survive much past overnight. And it washes out completely at anytime. The trick is to keep spraying until the color changes. It’s quick and temporary and real simple to do. Have fun!

You say, it's for Christmas. There is a 'spray hair white' product. You have a great beard, the spray is for one, two days only and no risk. Seek it out. (UK)
When my mom's oldest brother was in his 40s he had a dark beard and mustache with white streaks trailing down from the corners of his mouth, almost the opposite of yours.

Wellite Cream bleach by Revlon works better than that. It will bleach all of the dark out, Permanently. You need Cream developer along with the Wellite powder packs. Follow direction on box.
Don't dye your hair or beard and especially not your eyebrows, just let the age process take it's natural course that's my opinion dude you looked great before!
Next do a toenail video, where you show them yellowing and looking like they need fungicide- cause you wanna see what a really old set of toenails look like
