@@jkd6969 Me too, I grew up in 1950s Roman Catholic Ireland - being told of a loving God yet one who would punish you etc etc. But when I was about ten years old, in the summer holidays, I awoke one morning with the distinct sense of who I was, that I knew myself as "Me", but it was not the everyday sense of me- ie name, age, where I lived etc, and it was so natural it never occurred to me to question it. It got overshadowed though I never forgot it, and I developed a rather needy ego. But I know now.

Simply put - do meditation and breathing techniques to heighten awareness. Such awareness will be then be useful in our daily life. Awareness on our daily ego and our interactions with the world around us(people, fauna and flora, the environment). Love them is to love ourselves. We are one and they are the fragments of yours. Deeper learning can be obtain when we free ourselves from ego and embracing knowledge(the route of ENLIGHTENMENT). Usually can be found in Buddhism. -verdict from 3 decades of Christian experiences.
At present, I’m 3 years of age and enlightened. Unfortunately, I’m presently in a mind conditioning program, forced upon me against my will, and I can see it’s only a matter of time before I become blind like my elders who graduated from the same program. Love and Peace✌️

I AM like an antenna, a tentacle of the ultimate source of everything as descended into our denser, physical realm, and body. I AM but a spark and extension of God and thus serve as a bridge for this Oneness to experience itself in multiple realms of existence simultaneously. @@channeltelos the problem I see is that some people are thinking they are divine themselves, that they are a God. That is ignorance and a lie. Beside there are other demonic beings in the spiritual world and some people are by mistake taking them for the divine. These demonic beings can take over the person's consciousness and bring them to the state of disconnection with the divine. They end up being lots forever.

I find the title a bit misleading because you cannot be enlightend by or through some method. You cannot desire to reach Nirvana which is a state in which there is neither suffering, desire, nor sense of self. You can't desire to be desireless, as you cannot seek a path that is pathless.

I write everything myself. However, I use AI to rephrase and structure certain parts of my texts. My native language is Swedish, so I usually write the script in Swedish and then use AI to translate it into English. I also use AI to create pictures from my own prompts; it often takes 3-4 renderings per picture before I am satisfied.
Remember, the harder you try the further away from “enlightenment” you come. There must be a release or relaxation into the simplest of simple activities you can think of. Just sit and stare at one object with no tought, no labelling, no language. As if you where a newbourne baby, that not yet has learnt any language. Remember that Jeus said something in the lines of “only as children you can enter the kingdom of god”.
This is not practical and missing details. Even a person who can totally empty the mind with awareness, clear from fear and worry. The person still needs time to nurture the inner energy and it takes time. The control of qi/energy/breathing skill is not mentioned here. Imagination and visualization can't compare to Lucid Dream realization. Reciting mantra also a missing piece in this video. It is like giving people a chair with missing screws.

You have to integrate the new "knowledge" into your life and find a life that aligns with your higher self by learning to feel the right path for your ego.

Simply put - do meditation and breathing techniques to heighten awareness. Such awareness will be then be useful in our daily life. I AM like an antenna, a tentacle of the ultimate source of everything as descended into our denser, physical realm, and body. And after I was taken to Heaven and saw Trinity I came back completely transformed/ started getting mystical experiences/ was channeling music and more/ than I heard voice to sit down ( I was 25 or 26) and immediately I became a wind 💨 I was a wind / I didn’t know nothing about meditation 🧘♀️ it happened naturally

And since than got disconnected/

Got sick and in a way my life ended

Few times I had an enormous vivid dream- was inside a lotus flower feeling complete bliss / feeling everything at once I mean everything each person each tree whole wholeness all feelings rocs, sands
Pure bliss can’t describe this with words
But I was sick
Why I didn’t obey?
And chose crusifiction ?
Was it pre planned for me to understand or to experience what others go through/ reasons/ their pains / empathy…. Or was it a punishment?

Beside there are other demonic beings in the spiritual world and some people are by mistake taking them for the divine. These demonic beings can take over the person's consciousness and bring them to the state of disconnection with the divine. They end up being lots forever.

I find the title a bit misleading because you cannot be enlightend by or through some method. You cannot desire to reach Nirvana which is a state in which there is neither suffering, desire, nor sense of self. You can't desire to be desireless, as you cannot seek a path that is pathless.

Remember, the harder you try the further away from “enlightenment” you come. There must be a release or relaxation into the simplest of simple activities you can think of. Just sit and stare at one object with no tought, no labelling, no language. As if you where a newbourne baby, that not yet has learnt any language. Remember that Jeus said something in the lines of “only as children you can enter the kingdom of god”.
I heard that one before and I loved it: seeking enlightment is like if you were on a speed boat going circle trying to find the still water.
This is not practical and missing details. Even a person who can totally empty the mind with awareness, clear from fear and worry. The person still needs time to nurture the inner energy and it takes time.
The control of qi/energy/breathing skill is not mentioned here.
Imagination and visualization can't compare to Lucid Dream realization.
