Evening Stu Another Crackin Video As Always - Cryin Shame To See The Mk1 & GX in That Condition - There Were Some Nice Finds In This Video Bud Take Care & Always Stay Safe
yep theres something about that wet leaves hidden cars cold day coolness the video has nice 1 😎 thanks for the share stokze stay un - limited & safe ✌😎
Wat a true shame it's been sat there for many years even the building is going to fall down every soon but the whole place is nearly a scrap yard with all the vehicles sat rotting around if I owed the land I would not be happy another good find keep up the good work stu
Hi Imstokze, another exciting video. The Escort was absolutely original and at most a 1300 with 54 hp. But it's crazy that it has a specialist manifold from Escort Sport or Mexico on it. But that alone didn't help with the escort! The small Suzuki SC100 GX Coupé was a Japanese "kei car", which were small cars in Japan that were tax-privileged. They were mainly sold to Holland and England (England = 4500 pieces only!). It had a 3 cylinder 2-stroke engine, strangely this one has a 4 cylinder 4-stroke engine. Maybe it was replaced because 2-stroke engines don't last long? Great video! Greetings Klaus from Düsseldorf
Hello. I already know a lot, but you never stop learning! This car never existed in Germany, but looks very interesting. There would definitely be a large fan base here. Thanks for your information! cheers Klaus from Düsseldorf@@deanosaur808
Great location stu shed a tear to the MK1. What a find great colour shouldn't be there but cherished. Loved and sitting shining rather than like that ....cool find keep em coming m8 👍
It’s a shame that the old Mk1 Escort is in such a state from sitting there for so long. I had a total of five of these, back in the day, including a van. I passed my driving test in one of. Thanks for this great video.
Nice exhaust manifold on the escort,my cousin had a similar one on his mk1 escort Mexico back in the day 4 into 1.If I remember correctly those Ford engines are called Kent engines ohv.
What a gob smacking little video that is. The Jaguar XJ Sovereign V8 has only 78,000 miles on the clock .And has sat there since 2017. Now for that sad looking Range Rover MK1 that has sat there since 2004 . It is only a rare BI FUEL version. !!!! The Escort MK1 is a very sad sight as is the Suzuki another very car and the Austin A30/35. A sad ending for all those cars . That grey pick up is a VW Bora . Thanks for all the effort you put into this video 🙂👍
Morning stu great video as always mate your legendary the mk1 escort looks like a 1300 XL to me with the faux wood dash such a shame that many of them cars have been left to rot ♥️👍👍
Loved them when they were new. But honestly....I knew a guy with a five year old MK1 in the late 70s. Same blue colour but it was harder to tell where it wasn't rusting. Corroded quickly. You had to really care for these to keep the bodywork clean. 🚘
Great explore for the mk 1 escort, that scirocco was lovely. Car for me was the triumph dolomite sprint. Lovely fairly quick in the day. Great looking cars. Also spotted a volvo c70
Mk1 escort is a rare pre 1969 one as it has mk1 cortina type door handles. Someone hopped it up with a 4 branch manifold as well. The Suzuki's were nick named a "wizz kid". The austin is an A30 as its roof gutter goes across the front above the windscreen. The A35 looks very similar but no gutter above screen and a bigger back window. The golf pick up is a fibreglass kit that used to be available, and the scirocco has a set of my favourite aftermarket wheels, ATS cups. And a BD registration number which probably came from W. Grose the vw dealer that used to be in kingsthorpe northampton. The garage is now a jeep dealer but the road name sign outside is still "scirocco close".
Hello mate, that was a suzuki sc100 whizzkid. very rare now, same engine as sj410 jeep. love to be revved, transverse rear mounted rear wheel drive, rust like mad!! hope you are all good
Talk about being reclaimed by nature. The state of that Mk1 Escort. I recon you were being a bit optimistic about salvaging parts from that. 🤣 Very atmospheric though.
Well look at how nature, took over the Ford Mk1 Escort and that old Suzuki GX….. Mother Nature has claimed hers but so sorry for the cars. But still good video Stokze .😮👏👏👏😃😃😎😎
Far play stokze love the videos keep up the good work love the classic cars have 15 classic my self so love the adventures love the mk1 escort and that suzuki gx 👍
My old neighbour jonny had a mk1 in yellow it was a 1972/73 L registered bought new he had a small holding next to us and he passed in around 1980 his yellow escort staying in the barn until i think his sister edie died around early 90s i think but cant be certain as a long time ago now.😊
I reckon that Escort was originally an orange Sport - has the 1300GT engine with the tubular exhaust manifold still. Behind it is a Suzuki Whizzkid. I think the blue one at 3:16 is a Renault Fuego but I'm not 100% certain - it'd be good to get a better look around it
These Mitsubishi Pajeros and Shoguns are worth having, the short wheel base, the petrol one is the best one. And the Pajero Junior it’s a 1.1 that’s worth having as well. One caution, don’t buy one near the coast as they rot
Suzuki sc100 gx. still a few left surprisingly. 29 licensed, 72 sorn. Grab one before nature claims them 😅 The European models had the bigger 970cc four cylinder engines. Top speed 89mph 🤯
@@ImStokze Unfortunately, I don't know that many Places with forgotten Cars. I've had enough myself but they are not forgotten. But there will definitely be plenty of Places.
Hi stu.. The Suzuki i believe mk1 little car whit engine on the back. 4 cylinder 800 cc til 1000 cc Late 70 til 82 there wash also coup It's no car...😂 For 4 people to drive.u going nowhere to heavy for this engines. Lot of problems also rotted out after new and 3 years This was the answer for Datsun 100 A
#25 viewer today Stu, all the way from Australia! PS: Stu, you gotta track down a Trojan automobile of England, they are legendary in Australia, never hear mention of them these days, though I worked with and old guy in the 1970's who had owned one and raved about them and so have several other old fogies and bidies.
The Suzuki GX (sc100) reached it's lowest point in 2020 with only 7 licenced cars on the road 😱 3 years later there are 29 licensed 🥳 That Giorgetto Giugiaro styled car is not ready to disappear yet 😂
I'm not being funny but if stuff is left rotting away like that and just left for dead then take a badge or emblem. Even if you didn't keep it it could live on for another day instead of rotting away!! Absolutely no hate from me for touching or disturbing or taking anything. Obviously they don't care.
what a shame mk1 escort well worth the time and effort some really good finds this week pity just rotting away the usual pure madness keep up the good work imstokze 🛻🛻🛻
I'm sitting thousands of miles away in my warm living room and yet I can still feel the chill and the dampness. Truly amazing video.
Haha, yeah it was a very damp wet part of the uk, Thanks for watching
Oh my gosh what a great shame all those classics just rotting away it makes you cry and you ask yourself why??? Great location Stu
They sold entire new bodies of them in the internet... A lot better than to restore that piece of 💩
Thank you Stu again for all the effort you go to for our entertainment. You go above and beyond. You maybe think some days "why am I doing this?" but it's appreciated by your genuine followers and worth your efforts! 👍
The Escort is Electric blue, an 1100 or 1300L from 1971-73.
I had a MK1 the same as that and still have most of it in my shed. I believe that is olympic blue. Great find and opens up many fantastic memories. 👍
I always love it when stokze makes a new video I’ve been watching you stokze since 2022 December so almost a year ,and I got to say I love your videos and all the effort you put in to make them ❤
Ahh, thank you so so much. That truly means a lot, I appreciate you,
Ignore any hate you ever get, you are very considerate to cars when doing these vids. Keep it going.
The silver Suzuki you are looking at is called a wizKid
What a location bro.. Some good finds in there!! Little Suzuki Wizz Kid.. Poor Mk1.. Awesome 👌👍

That is correct stu it is A suzuki SC100 if u look at ur footage of interior an look on sc100 u look at the steering wheel and button
Yes, that’s is one of them little cars, it’s a Suzuki wizzkid. A friend of mine collects them. I’m sure he had about 26 a one point. Great video mate👍
Always amazing how even on crumbling wrecks, you can still come across bits that are saveable. The chrome stuff on 50's cars was really top quality
Wat a true shame it's been sat there for many years even the building is going to fall down every soon but the whole place is nearly a scrap yard with all the vehicles sat rotting around if I owed the land I would not be happy another good find keep up the good work stu
Stating the obvious 😂

The European versions don't qualify as kei cars because they have the bigger 970cc engines.
It's the standard engine

Love you stu? Cleaning the mk 1 dash to tide the old girl up? Think the other car was a Volvo amazan. Keep up the good work

Morning stu great video as always mate your legendary the mk1 escort looks like a 1300 XL to me with the faux wood dash such a shame that many of them cars have been left to rot ♥️👍👍
XL had the 6 pod dash so probably just a 1300L
Loved them when they were new. But honestly....I knew a guy with a five year old MK1 in the late 70s. Same blue colour but it was harder to tell where it wasn't rusting. Corroded quickly. You had to really care for these to keep the bodywork clean. 🚘

Great find mate . Some good parts on the escort mk1.
I live in America now and the finds in rural Missouri and Arkansas can be amazing. But I do miss finding the old stuff in England
Time to come back to this green and pleasant land 😂

It may even be badged a Super as XL replaced the Super in early '71. They still had 8" front Drum brakes with Dynamo charging till 74
The white sciroccos mot ran out on 31st May 2023 but is still taxed until 1st January 2024
Sad to see these old vehicles left to wither away.
Hello mate, that was a suzuki sc100 whizzkid. very rare now, same engine as sj410 jeep. love to be revved, transverse rear mounted rear wheel drive, rust like mad!! hope you are all good

Morning Stu,

Good wee Saturday video stu keep up the good work
Excellent video stu. Cant wait to meet you when you come down to Cornwall again.
Looks like what's left of a Suzuki G whizz, rare car, the white vw looked pretty solid, great video mate 👍👍👍
Suzuki SC100 GX most definitely my friend, I know as my mother had one and I nearly wrote it off.
That scirocco really deserves to be on the road again. That red dolomite would be a good parts car too.
Cheers Stu as always 👍
Well look at how nature, took over the Ford Mk1 Escort and that old Suzuki GX….. Mother Nature has claimed hers but so sorry for the cars. But still good video Stokze .😮👏👏👏😃😃😎😎
fully appreciate every video much love and respect stu
Wouldn't take much to get that mk1 escort back on the road Stu 😜. Love piece respect 😎
Escort had the 4branch exhaust 😂 parts of it are worth a lot😢
Good finds bud , Suzuki wizz kid rare beast 😊
I think the alloys on the suzuki are from KN who were based in Telford. I've different KN wheels on my transit van.
The little old austins are A30 and A35 mate 👍👍
Far play stokze love the videos keep up the good work love the classic cars have 15 classic my self so love the adventures love the mk1 escort and that suzuki gx 👍
Brilliant video stu again it's like been there .
My old neighbour jonny had a mk1 in yellow it was a 1972/73 L registered bought new he had a small holding next to us and he passed in around 1980 his yellow escort staying in the barn until i think his sister edie died around early 90s i think but cant be certain as a long time ago now.😊
Still a lot of useable parts on that Escort. Was worth beer money when it was stood up back in the day
Excellent video. Please be carful when exploring
Another brilliant video
That Suzuki was probably a Cervo SC100 GX with a 47bhp 970cc 4 cylinder engine
Top job stu 💯🏁👍
I reckon that Escort was originally an orange Sport - has the 1300GT engine with the tubular exhaust manifold still. Behind it is a Suzuki Whizzkid. I think the blue one at 3:16 is a Renault Fuego but I'm not 100% certain - it'd be good to get a better look around it

Nice one stu that suzuki is a sc100 gx (whizz kid) 970cc very rear car. The scirocco needs saved gt2 shouldn't be sitting there!!
The diff on that mk1 probaly rotted threw.but ya could transfer its guts in a good diff if yours is worn out.
Suzuki sc100 gx. still a few left surprisingly.
29 licensed, 72 sorn.
Grab one before nature claims them 😅
The European models had the bigger 970cc four cylinder engines. Top speed 89mph 🤯
I wonder if there will be any hope for that Escort
Love your Content! Watching every Video.

@@ImStokze Unfortunately, I don't know that many Places with forgotten Cars. I've had enough myself but they are not forgotten. But there will definitely be plenty of Places.
I belive that jag is quite rare if you look at the rear doors there longer than a normal pair on that model
Great vid shame about the mk1 looks like somone put a four branch manifold on it.
Hi stu..
The Suzuki i believe mk1 little car whit engine on the back.
4 cylinder 800 cc til 1000 cc

Cheers bud, appreciate you watching, I will certainly track down one haha,
Hi Stu@@ImStokze, here is a link to a TH-cam clip about Trojan: th-cam.com/video/_dbFK2zOLHA/w-d-xo.html
What a shame. Why are these rarities simply left to rot? I don't understand these people.
Those old Suzuki whizz kids would start to rust if you spat at them , hardly surprising that you don't see many on the road anymore .
The Suzuki GX (sc100) reached it's lowest point in 2020 with only 7 licenced cars on the road 😱
