He reminds me of my budgie. Rescued him as a hatchling when I was 11 after I found him abandoned in the rain. He was my best friend and shadow for 12 years until he passed quietly in the night. I'm not the most emotional person but at 23, I cried like a baby.
I still miss him over 20 years later.
The fact that he got to live such a long life is a testament to how well you cared for him.
I miss my budgie, Beezle. Had her when I was a teen, sixty years ago, and remember her well.

I do miss my budgies too❤❤❤they were my joy. They all were compassionare and funny and I learned thing from them. Of course they have feelings and how smart to even learn so many words and expressions.
I'm so glad that he is getting the perfect retirement and getting to do what he wants. The best part of the video is when he was singing to the goat and the dogs and showing them love by singing. It's such an awesome relationship thank you for loving and taking care of everyone. Him letting leave his past in the past

This was beautiful to watch. I have a senior chihuahua, a chicken and a lovebird and the 3 of them are best friends. They are all rescues and they all found their way to me somehow. Rescuing an animal is the most precious thing and you’ll get back more love and laughs than you deserve. Adopt adopt adopt and please never shop! ❤

I was crying since the video started because my heart broke knowing that people could just use an absolutely beautiful and precious sweetheart like this as a ‘breeding machine’ 😢 then I heard him sing his beautiful song and I melted ❤️❤️❤️ and the sweet dogs and precious goat rescued from a test lab 😢 I’ll never understand how anyone could hurt these precious and beautiful darlings!!! It just breaks my heart so much 😢 This is why I am so grateful to these amazing humans who rescue animals and show them the love and respect they deserve !!! Isnt that interesting- the moment they decided he would be a permanent resident with them, he transformed. He sensed the absolute acceptance. This has struck me- no matter how nice i try to act, if deep down I’m not accepting someone, it will add to their sense of unsafety. Theyll pick it up . I’m glad i watched this because i was thinking along these lines already last few years

Thank you for rescuing this bird. Will people stop being so greedy to abused animals for breeding just to make money with them. We humans are supposed to care for the animals, not abuse them. There should be more severe charges against people against or the rest of our creation and even worse, other human beings
