The only problem for this video is that I had only one LIKE for it. Just wishing I have a thousand more....LOL ....Now I am daydreaming all over again to buy one of this left hand drive NSX-R GT for myself...:)
this one has never been on the racetrack on BMI? why not? I have yet to see an N/A Spoon NSX on bmi. really it lost 440lbs. hard to believe... and it still has A/C
2420 lbs thats a killer all the new nsx need is 3.8 na doch direct injection 420 hp and heybrid electic motor on each wheel. Will put the nsx 500-560 and some new tech will put the nsx back on the map
Still not sure how to get one in? Especially would it be possible for Canada market too? I tried going on Spoon site but nothing comes up as to how to get the LHD NA2R.
@@jamesrichards5601 I see, thanks. I ask because it's my holy grail car. A spoon US spec nsx, built moded in a spoon factory. Its probably the only one on in the world.
I wish there was a mainstream tuning scene in America that focused on lightness, lightness, lightness and diffusers. Instead of spoilers and rimzz. I don't completely agree with Ichishima though. If that NSX R had a forced induction with the diffuser and weight diet you'd have something more epic, but then the price would be a problem.
@KaraniKun I think all makers are doing that... Not only the North American. Here in Europe it's the same, even in Japan... Ferrai, Porsche, Lamborghini. Yes, the car are more powerful, but at what cost. Are heavier and expensive, and very weaks too compared to the old cars...
I somewhat agree with you, however, an American car wouldn't be "American" unless it had a ridiculously large engine. But sooner or later, they will have to begin using more efficient engines due to the increasing, stringent EPA regulations. It's a sad time for naturally aspirated engine lovers.
@bostondon24 If you have to ask, you prolly can't afford it. Since they are making only 5 and the level of modification.... I'm thinking easily 150k-200k.
I should bought this car 10 years ago. It was for sale for 115K. Too bad the new NSX is not V10. It will be a monter with red line 12000 RPM. If only I the founder of HONDA, I will give it to go for what costumers wanted. It will sales like HOT CAKES. AMEN🤔
yes i know but in japan its honda...their is no acura because it wont sell...niether lexus...Everything is toyota. In japan thye cant sell their own luxury brands so they rebadge it the mainstream brand like toyota honda nissan. This is a spoon which is from the "honda" nsx
No offense, but if dai cleans up his accent, it'll be alot more informational when he speaks. i could understand him only by finishing his sentence for him. He's a great guy and all, im just saying.
@choiiboiy thier all the same, its just the name. either way its all about the cars. By changing it to Honda doesnt make the car gain 15hp or by changing lexus to toyota aint going to earn some more pussy. I like it the way it is because atleast for lexus, it sounds like a luxury brand instead of toyota. Sure it cost more but all imports in america have a high tax, so it wouldnt matter anyway.
The LHD NSX-R is a 5 unit limited production by Spoon. More details and images can be found on the GTChannel website.
man... i hate how rare it is to get your hands on one. i will dream. but kudos to spoon for doing something like this.
beautiful engineering.
looks just like the nsx-R GT with that sexy roof top air intake.
YOUR SO RIGHT MANNN!! iTS BEAUTIFULLLLLLLL ENGINEERING!!!!!!!!!!
This car is a BEAST!
Thank god spoon got a hold of one of the 5 NSX-R GT's. Now they get to produce the bumpers :D

I missed when Honda use to make some of the best and wildest cars out there ☹️
you could always get the racing 3.5l stroker kit by toda if you have the c30a or c32b. Id personally go twin-turbo!
this one has never been on the racetrack on BMI? why not? I have yet to see an N/A Spoon NSX on bmi. really it lost 440lbs. hard to believe... and it still has A/C
Amazing car, very good engineering.
I ♥ Spoon Sports!!
OMFG spoon left hand drive nsx!!
2420 lbs thats a killer all the new nsx need is
3.8 na doch direct injection 420 hp and heybrid electic motor on each wheel. Will put the nsx 500-560 and some new tech will put the nsx back on the map
@KaraniKun corvette only weights about 200 lbs over the standard nsx.
this guy looks like a humble Mafia boss.
@EADPE Yeah its the only one in the US and it is this one thats being sold. The real NSX
R Spoon converted for US roads.

Is he talking about the Spoon NSX Type R, or the NSX Type R in general.
I Mean in Europe there are Type R's available in e LHD.
are these alrdy in the us if so how much are they?
i love the way acura increases performance...just reducin weight that simple!
I wish there was a mainstream tuning scene in America that focused on lightness, lightness, lightness and diffusers. Instead of spoilers and rimzz.

I live in Norway, and here we get Acura as a luxury Honda, just like Toyota and Lexus are the same.
Amazing!!

Here you can buy left hand drive Honda NSX's at any time, if you want an Acura here you'll have to import it from the US
Wait?? is it MR? then wats in the front???
how about the lexus IS350?
not all country's think the same way , but they are taking weight and engine size down slowly by the year.
omg how many times have you watched tha vid to notice everything else except the car :D
Is it possible to buy 1?? :x
No audio system?? That's gotta change.
Who needs audio system when you have the whole vtec orchestra behind your head. 😂
NSX-R was never released under Acura.

saw this in the movie The Green Hornet awhile ago... for some reason its in the states now and someone owns it
i love japan
@bostondon24

They are going to sell Lexus in Japan soon, it has been on the news.
But what if they did this to a civic Si for us americans?
Now build a LHD Civic Type R for us spoon! Honda wont do it 4 us !
I will take one
Um they introduced Lexus in japan when i was there in 2007. They still have Lexus.....
It's a Honda NSX tuned by Spoon... he said it... it's not a Acura and even if it were Acura IS Honda!!!
if u live in america its an acura...but you're right it is a honda.
wow dat gurl passed by n dam it i was lost at 3:00
@SkyLineSpeedz oh shiiii i wasn't paying attention the first time lol aloha.....

?? Wtf you smoking
I got 230whp on my small 2.0i
It was not had 1 problem in the last 6 years
I love honda but 77lbs bumper? Why?
The steel reinforced beam that's under the bumper is heavy. It's for safety. Some people replace it with aluminum.
