“Prepare the fleet”? What kind of command is that? The battle is starting. The fleet should be ready. “Prepare the second wave”? Again, what? “Hold the line!” Really? Never heard of maneuver? This story is essentially a series of meaningless sound bites strung together. It sounds trite. To write good stories, an author must know the subject. Hope to see improvement.
It goes through every story, but the wR was far from over, the galaxy would never be the same, the weight of a myriad things, words, responsibility etc etc on his shoulders. It drives one nuts.. I listen because I love sci and I am stuck bedridden for the moment. But I would love to stick. Soldering iron through the goddamn AI
I don’t watch these entire videos all the time and I’m probably not gonna finish this one, but the phrase I’m tired of is the balance of power has shifted. I hear it in like every single one of these fucking videos.
I've watched half a dozen different Sci-Fi story videos channels, half a dozen different story videos on each. A very distinctive pattern of shallow, unimaginative, repetitive stories, concepts, characters (mostly female officers) and plot are emerging over and over. It's clear to me that this simpleton 10-year-old mindset with a clear lack of real experience in the real world is all A.I. written. With still frame art that rarely properly reflects the story line anyway, a hodge-podge of various sci-fi subject matter thrown together in a barely relevant collage. Again, clearly A.I. produced. Are there any real human writers creating imaginative and genre expanding stories anymore? Even if an outline is fed to an A.I. to write a story from, those outlines are everything said above as well. I'm done with all this crap. A total waste of wasting time.
What is up with all of these women as Admirals, Presidents, Ambassodors, etc? Certainly there are women in positions of power in todays world, but it seems like with these sci fi stories its all out of proportion. Very odd. Who is behind this?
I noticed the comments are shut off. I get tired of these feminist fantasies where everything is run by women. The moment the story tells me a woman is the Captain/admiral etc., I shut it off. Do better please.
