    Recipe:
    1 pie crust
    2 cups (450 g) fresh pumpkin or 1 15 oz can (425 g) pumpkin
    1/4 cup (50 g) brown sugar
    1 tbsp (15 mL) flour
    3 eggs
    1/4 cup (about 29 g) powdered milk or dry milk
    2 1/4 tsp (11 mL) pumpkin pie spice
    Directions:
    Preheat oven to 350 F (177 C). Spray a 9 inch (23 cm) pie plate with cooking spray. Mix together all of the ingredients except for the pie crust. Spread the pie crust evenly in the pie plate. Pour the filling into the pie plate. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour or until the crust is fully coked through and a fork poked into the center of it comes out clean.
