@@dianeleahy4970 Thank you so much Diane! I love Pamela! What a beautiful soul. Just in case, don't miss the second episode of the interview as well, it's wonderful too.
@@ThatsClassicTV I did watch the second interview. It was very good as well, John! I’m also, a fan of Soap Operas and I remember watching Pamela, on Days of Our Lives! This channel is awesome! I love learning the backstories of my favorite Classic TV shows!!
@@dianeleahy4970 I can't thank you enough and am thrilled you are enjoying my channel. It was so interesting how she explained how they handled her on Days of our Lives.
Thank you, John! I loved meeting Pam in Simi Valley, I took my sis for her birthday weekend, we missed having you there! P.S. that was my coin purse that a fan turned into the Lost and Found. Thank God for the Little House fans! My sis and I also went down to Game Night and enjoyed another fun time playing games w/ Little House and Waltons cast members. Great fan events, looking forward to more!
Oh wow, so cool and that is wild that it was your coin purse Pam was talking about. Believe me I really wish I could have gone that is for sure. Hope to meet you at an event some day!
I was so excited to see you interviewed Pamela! I was lucky enough to meet her at the 50th in Simi and she was all warmth and kindness. She just exudes a sweet spirit and made my mom and I feel so special. I had a moment/conversation with her and Leslie Landon that I will always treasure. At one point, we ended up just hanging out with Pamela and David Friedman at their tables for a while and just enjoyed how much they love each other and how down to earth and natural they are with fans. In the best way, it was like making friends, not talking to "famous people." 'The Last Summer' is a favorite episode, but I was so happy to tell Pamela that my favorite Sarah Carter moment was in 'Bless All the Dear Children' when she tells Mr. Montague (as Santa) how much they all love him. (She mentioned how much flack she gets for her character's jealousy towards Vera Miles in 'The Last Summer.') What wonderful stories she tells here, I could listen to you two all day. Kudos to you, you are a wonderful host and obviously put your guests as ease. ❤
Thank you on so many levels. Loved hearing your story and what a wonderful experience with just good people period. How cool to actually talk about specific episodes with Pamela as well. Very happy for you!
@ThatsClassicTV Thank you so much John, it was a blessed experience for sure. I loved hearing that Pamela's dream was Little House, Disney, or The Walton's -- I MISS that kind of entertainment. Thank you for keeping it alive in your podcast and having such authentic conversations with your guests. I can't wait to hear what is next.
What a sweetheart! She was enjoying the interview just as much as you were!! She told some wonderful stories, the one about Michael are my favorites!!! Thank you, you're so good at what you do!!! 😊 👍👍
Another wonderful interview, John! I can't get enough of these Little House interviews with the cast members, because they are so good. Pam is so grounded and down to earth and I could listen to her for another few hours. I hope she writes a book one day of her experiences like some of the other Little House cast has. Once again the time goes way to fast, so I think you'll have to bring her back. :) I am looking forward to meeting her and some of the other cast members when they come to PA in September.
Excellent interview! She has a beautiful smile. I watched Little House in my childhood and teenage years. I am rewatching the whole series as we speak and I am on season 5. I will have to add that one of my favorite episodes was “Fred”. It makes me laugh out loud!

Loved Sarah Carter on Lhotp. My favorite episode was the " Last Summer" which featured Vera Miles as Ruthie Leland. Such an endearing story.
Vera Miles was wonderful. Pamela talks about her in the interview. Make sure you watch both episodes of my interview with her:)

Thank you Jamie and Karl! Appreciate it and I agree Pamela is such a wonderful person😀Make sure you see both episodes of the interview.
@@ThatsClassicTV Will be watching for it
Actually I thought carter family should have more story time because they seemed to have chemistry and all four were solid
I agree who knows what Michael was thinking at the time.
Where was her on screen husband John Carter?
I only interviewed Pamela😀
Thought the little house burned down due to lightning Ventura county big sky ranch
Apparently not the Little House house.
