FEMM (Yamal irl), Azov Antarctic (KAMAZ Arctica irl) and Burlak are designed for working in arctic conditions where the ground is mainly flat. So they don't need long articulation.

However, If you load the V6-M up to it's total weight, around 110000lbs, the power to weight is .003, while the Kenny loaded up to 110,000lbs has a power to weight of .00545. Basically, the Kenny should outperform the FEMM in Snowrunner in almost all situations other than when unloaded. Keep in mind that the Kenny 963 is rated up to a gross vehicle weight of 500,000lbs, meaning it can haul over 4 times it's curb weight, while the Yamal V6-M can only do a bit better than double it's curb weight. This also means the Kenny's engine is not just more powerful, but more efficient as well. If anyone has better specs (hard to find on V6-M) or better math, feel free to correct me. I bet you'll find similar results if you start going through all the trucks with regards to Russian vs American. Somebody should really dig into that and make a video, imo. I'd say we don't need another Antarctic with the same steering issues. I'm really disappointed that vehicles with good articulation are severely limited in addons (745C, Forester, tractors), but the ones that actually can haul lots of cargo, have this awful 1-axis steering.
If the maps were flat or the trails going up and over the mountains were straight I can see the FEMM being good but the lack of articulation is a absolute no go. At this point even just looking at only trucks in the game without mods I have so many better options that would be less frustrating to use at the cost of straight line performance. Thanks for the video. But the main question - when it will be released? I already saw a video how to find a FEMM on a map and I can see a new map in the game but this region is still locked (((
would you take such hard to handle truck which can carry same or less water than most other trucks...I would simply chose other trucks as that region is very easy
if it was payed more attention to detail to femm, it would have had the ability to equip addons and almost look like a modded truck with a few heavy addon combos. Also i wanna see it against Derry
Femm is very good (I play with steering wheel so I don't have any problems with it's steering) and I will use it but still in certain situations Zikz's are better.
the trucks have gotten so op it takes no skill to drive them and you dont even feel mud when going thru it ken and femm are too op if you always use them personally i get bored very fast using op trucks im going to stick to the base game stuff or a bit of the dlc trucks but not the op ones they have no real flaws the bar has just been set so high that no truck is good enough to be good the og trucks not the season 6 and stuff like base game till season 2-4 were good times the terrain was pretty hard but not that hard that you need some magic tractor if you were skilled you could complete anything now you can just get a magic truck and complete the game with no effort skill or brain usage
honestly, those big trucks are fine as long as you limit their addons...base game trucks have limited addons making them balanced but now these super heavies can have crane and trailer combos, etc... it all makes them super OP
hoped the scout was better knew the Femm was kinda meh to see how you gotta turn the HUD back on btw and look down where is says fuel or rather lack there of in this case it is made for short easy trips to the store not really the arctic just saying
power and mud better than zikz 605r so much!He can climb 45-50 degrees! From the mountain ridge with no road to the top of the mountain in a straight line!😂But it costs a lot of oil, almost twice as much as 605r!Long-term stability of 20-25 liters per minute, peak output condition stability of 30-34 liters per minute. As a result, he can only complete a modest single task. However, for its performance, this endurance is acceptable.480 liters of oil is actually the same as the 250-liter AE4380 for it.😂 Anyway, two FEMM 37-ATs are running very well in Amur region! But you need fuel tanks at several key intersections. It is better to have a Caterpillar 745c equipped with fuel tanks for rescue and logistics supply.Anyway, it's a car I like very much. It's very powerful, very suitable for extreme terrain, and its appearance and the way it turns to twist its neck look a little evil.So I like this car very much!😊
Im really tired of them nerfing US vehicles it really doesn't make sense how this truck is OP but the kenworth cant get up a hill. Also if they keep adding OP trucks they need to go back and rework the games older trucks
I think kenworth is fine but yes this truck is far more OP than it should be... It should only have that custom cargo bed addon without trailer support that would've make it balanced
after a good 10hrs of testing i find 3 major flaws. fuel consumption, now perm difflock and the steering that has more than just a few problems. also no chain tires. its good... but the big zikz is just better (faster) in 90% of cases. stability of the femm is surprisingly good
FEMM have for me one major problem when you go down the mountain sometimes he likes to turn left or right when you want to stop and then he fall on his side
Thing is this truck is not for mountains in first place....Its best suited for regins like Amur with either deep snow or deep mud, etc...There it really shines.
So basically they would have made the best truck in the game if they got rid of insane fuel consumption and bad range, I like that there trying to balance it more
Oh boy. I don't like articulated steering anyway, and it only has 1-axis turning? I don't think I'm going to like the FEMM much, even if it has power. But I'll use it and see for myself. MTB is yet another run-of-the-mill scout with nothing special about it. Honestly, kinda disappointed with these two as of now.
Аs for me, MTB is a good car for Snow runner, but FEMM did not come to me. More: how to shoot movie footage? How is your intro with khan, if you answer, I will be grateful
If it doesn't have Low saddle and crane option then I'm not really interested as much. At least the Mastodon comes with that in vanilla. Of course I do run mods to make things have a bit more flexibility but still.
@@vladvulcan Maybe but what is a joke is the lack of good high saddle trailers. The low boy only has 3 slots, the 8 slot is unwieldly to use leaving 5 slot wide flat bed as only useable trailer. I would use high saddle more often if they gave us actual good trailers to use. Again that's why I use mods but some of my friends don't use mods so I have to keep that in mind.
it already has a 4 slot bed which can be used with trailers... sure it's tedious to handle that articulated steering but if you get used to it... it's unstoppable.
@@SD1ONE I just wish I could have a crane to pick cargo up if it falls over. Like being able to haul 8 slots of cargo is awesome but it's frustrating knowing that if the truck tips over you're having to get a rescue truck at that point. One of the reasons almost every truck I drive has a crane equipped. I used to drive without a crane now it's hard to live without one. But I'll certainly give it a try when I get the chance.
Well... it's not like the official version won't change in future... look at kenworth, Mack... they both are changing even to this day... Kenworth just got a better collision model in this update...Mack got it in the previous update... Beside that I was working on this video before the announcement but FEMM stayed the same after the first PTS update...so I believe that they won't make any major changes in final release.
FEMM is better than Twinsteer for the same job so i only use it with that 4x cargo sideboard bed. MTB 8106 brings nothing. If Loadstar 1700 and Ford F750 are not enough TUZ420 does the job. More scouts for what?

First Mahindra bolero as neo 2000 something and now Force gurkha as Mtb now all i need is Ashok Leyland stallion and FAT6X6.
probably the only thing i don't like about the femm is the unused frame space when using anything other than the 4 slot bed
Thanks for the video. But the main question - when it will be released? I already saw a video how to find a FEMM on a map and I can see a new map in the game but this region is still locked (((
The water tanks were essential for the fire fighting season. Seems fair to be able to drive those trucks in that region. No?
would you take such hard to handle truck which can carry same or less water than most other trucks...I would simply chose other trucks as that region is very easy
@@SD1ONE I was responding to you saying the water tanks were useless in your opinion. Cheers
if it was payed more attention to detail to femm, it would have had the ability to equip addons and almost look like a modded truck with a few heavy addon combos. Also i wanna see it against Derry
I would really like more missions involving scouts so I can use them, I have so many but I use them little
Good work SD👍
Interesting game. It's a pity that the publisher discriminates against purchasing a game based on your place of residence.
The 605 still seems to outperform it in most situations.
hoped the scout was better knew the Femm was kinda meh to see how you gotta turn the HUD back on btw and look down where is says fuel or rather lack there of in this case it is made for short easy trips to the store not really the arctic just saying
I don't mind fighting femm when it comes to steering this truck is powerful enough regardless at least the 4 slot is worth it
Which map you are using for this test?
power and mud better than zikz 605r so much!He can climb 45-50 degrees! It's very powerful, very suitable for extreme terrain, and its appearance and the way it turns to twist its neck look a little evil.So I like this car very much!😊
Amur is best region to use it, It won't make sence on easy regions but It's unmatched in hard terrains.

What map are you using
hey, make a video with your favourite trucks and cars from each category in snow runner :D
What map do You use for climbing tests?
Smithville Dam 👍
Im really tired of them nerfing US vehicles it really doesn't make sense how this truck is OP but the kenworth cant get up a hill. Also if they keep adding OP trucks they need to go back and rework the games older trucks
I think kenworth is fine but yes this truck is far more OP than it should be... It should only have that custom cargo bed addon without trailer support that would've make it balanced
after a good 10hrs of testing i find 3 major flaws. fuel consumption, now perm difflock and the steering that has more than just a few problems. also no chain tires. its good... but the big zikz is just better (faster) in 90% of cases. stability of the femm is surprisingly good
they need to give the scout the crawling suspension the jeep wrangler has
I still rather have ZIKZ 605R it’s just better in my opinion
it is better overall....femm is better in extreme conditions though
All over that, devs were serious on terminating Belarusian rule of Snowrunner
FEMM have for me one major problem when you go down the mountain sometimes he likes to turn left or right when you want to stop and then he fall on his side
Thing is this truck is not for mountains in first place....Its best suited for regins like Amur with either deep snow or deep mud, etc...There it really shines.
What about the xbox crashes could be better or not?
They said they find the problem but it'll take time to fix it....
So basically they would have made the best truck in the game if they got rid of insane fuel consumption and bad range, I like that there trying to balance it more
What is the test map's name?
Proving grounds if I remember correctly
These new scouts should be saved as content for the new upcoming game.
Low saddle on such big trucks is a joke. Shouldn't be possible
@@vladvulcan What I think they need is a high saddle 6 slot trailer at least to make me want to use high saddle only trucks
it already has a 4 slot bed which can be used with trailers... sure it's tedious to handle that articulated steering but if you get used to it... it's unstoppable.
But I'll certainly give it a try when I get the chance.
why making this video now based on the PTS content, if the stable version of the season is coming later today?
Well... it's not like the official version won't change in future... look at kenworth, Mack... they both are changing even to this day... Kenworth just got a better collision model in this update...Mack got it in the previous update... Beside that I was working on this video before the announcement but FEMM stayed the same after the first PTS update...so I believe that they won't make any major changes in final release.
Zikz 605r still the king for me
FEMM is better than Twinsteer for the same job so i only use it with that 4x cargo sideboard bed.
MTB 8106 brings nothing.
If Loadstar 1700 and Ford F750 are not enough TUZ420 does the job.
More scouts for what?
That FEMM is the reason I'll get next season.
Bro thought he could use an AI voice for narration and get away with it 😂.
Is it your own voice, or some voiceSynth? Or someone as a narrator?
AI
Why not your own voice? You don't like it, do you? @@SD1ONE
@@EdwardNigma950 If I remember correctly, SD1ONE used his real voice for one or two videos, but I think that he is using AI now because it can sound better due to fact that his native language isn't english
@@VCN01 what is his native language? Do you know?
@@EdwardNigma950 He is from India so he is probably using a hindi language, but you should ask him to be sure
FEMM is good, but it looks so bad. Azov is way more handsome track) I prefer middle size cars. And if i stuck, just call for any CAT for help)))
The power creep of this new content is truly worrying.
I don't like it. I dunno how it is in real life but in game it is pain in the ass. Mastodont is still a thing to me.
If it’s possible Please use narration on the whole video, it allows me to attach a voice to the personality,
Even if it’s not you’re actual voice it makes the videos easier to follow/watch. Plus I got no problem with how the ai sounds, I still realize that there is an actual person writing the script
a lot of people do have problem with AI...so, I'll only use it when its really needed.
Thank ❤
SD1ONE ❤
nice 😎
You would think that with the way devs favor Russian truck it would be able to bend
That aside I still prefer zikz brothere for everything else only thing gem is better in my book is cargo trains
This game is really poorly optimized. I'm experiencing lag with an RTX 3080. this game poor performance
I play on the king of the potatos on low full low graphocs and i got stable 20fps
Could be your drivers man. I've had no problems with my RTX 3070 before I got my RTX 4080. On the 4080 i get lag sometimes like when go from map to map but it's very rare during regular gameplay.
Hi❤!

Season 12 my god
and 4 more are coming!
@@vladvulcan 4???!!!!!
he meant year pass 4 is announced and 4 more season are coming
too bad the FEMM looks ugly with that much space... i'll stick with my 605R
It does look ugly specially compared to real life truck...they even cancelled its unique wheels.
FEMM is just better twinstear
in my opinion FEMM
should get a nerf
@@ivanoozbolt3845 it really should its basically the Kenworth but better in every way other than logging
i hate turning head steering
FEMM is too op and not match it's region while MTB is almost useless. I not expected something like this from third big expansion
Articulated truck not bloody likely ha articulation in this game is poor at the best of time 605R will forever be my number 1
All i can say is sh**ty vehicle choices
Exactly. Yet another boring scout and overpowered russian truck, both in US region. It would be better if devs switch positions and put Kenworth W990 in Season 12 and FEMM in separate DLC
@VCN01 they are probably making good money nowadays so why would they put logic into it just drop something.
@@VCN01 and you have to be careful going sideways on a hill and turning up the hill , the damnn thing will tip over .
Kenworth is one of the Worst trucks in game. Never use them. Gets stalled so easy.

FEMM is trash, thx to the drive issues. The 2 king still best trucks for any job!
Kings will remain kings for now...but FEMM is a hint of what type of trucks we'll get next in year 4 pass.
