In sec 3(f) ....you told for sapinda relationship requirements are "common lineal ascendant AND he should be sapinda of both"...... If both these conditions fullfill Then only they are in spainda relationship. But as per sec 3 f(ii) they use the word "or" instead of "and" so how we can say to fullfill both conditions.
Clearfy if am wrong in interpreting it.

The question goes like this__
Suppose (A) gives birth to two son (S1) and (S2)
S1 gives birth to son (S1's son)
S2 gives birth to daughter (S2's daug)
Now the( S1's son) gives birth to daughter
(S2'sdaug) gives birth to son
So does the (S2's daughter son) and (S1's sons daughter) falls under the sapinda?
They are not Sapindas of each other. But will come under prohibited degree of relationship.

It is not related to Sapinda, it depends on custom and usages followed by the party
