Court send s 13 (1) ok behalf of my wife … what mean it is ?
Mam, if one husband take mutual divorce from jm-1 lower court and wife is suffer from depression after one year of marriage due to physical and mental cruelty.. the husband give ten lakh allomney which is not sufficient for whole life .wife can file monthly maintenance in high court .if possible please reply me.

I have a query! Is Impotency not a ground for divorce under HMA? Whereas impotency is ground under section 12 (1) (a) Special Marriage Act. Can a hindu aggrieved who was married under HMA file a divorce petition under Special Marriage Act?
Same here...
As such proving impotency is a tough job, though, impotency can be clubbed under mental cruelty for not having child etc.
Under S12 hma , marriage is voidable owing to impotence . I will be uploading a video for void and voidable marriages soon , for more details you may check
