I really don't know where all the haters are coming from. Met Lewis (and all of the other drivers in the last 5 years) on many occasions... He and Ricc always took some special time for the fans. I mean you can not expect to take some time off until the race. But after the race or on thursdays i saw him chit chatting, listening to music and talk to nomber of the fans at the parking lots at lot of the races... You rarely see that with the drivers. And you can barely say it is fake for the publicity since there was no cameras around at that times... Check your facts people.
The problem is...Hamilton is successful. Vettel was hated for the same reason between 2010 and 2014.
Oh and haters will always find a way to hate.

sarkofuck I have similar experiences. Lewis go's out of his way to connect with people and a lot of it is off camera. He's not the villain of formula 1

I'm a Vettel and Ferrari fan, but big respect to Hamilton! The car was faster, but it still needs a top pilot to drive it! He is as dedicated and commited to the sport as the other drivers, and every F1 driver has amazing skill and talent.

i dont get why the fia think the halo would do a good enough job to stop injuries to drivers. obviously the main crash that made the fia think about it was jules crash. if a car went front first into a big recovery vehicle, a halo wouldnt stop the impact on the drivers head. another crash was justin wilsons. a piece of car can still easily hit a driver and knock them unconcious even with a halo

He beat Alonso so thoroughly in '08 that Alonso (one of F1's better drivers) had leave McLaren. Then Kovaleinen and Button couldn't get close to him at McLaren. After that, he's had the better of Rosberg until his car's reliability let him down last year. Your argument is basically "He's not good because he wins too much." Who complained about Schumacher not being talented when he had the best car at Benneton or Ferrari? Who complained that Senna won too much with McLaren or that Clark was not good because he drove Colin Chapman's cars? This line of reasoning just does not make any sense.
Greg Baughman you basically proved my point. Lewis Hamilton can't race unless his car is better. He didn't win the championship last year because his car wasn't the quickest.
