My grandmother was given a fictional birth date, because where she was born it wasn't common to document birth dates. Guess what, the vast majority of the people in this video, are either from a place or a time, where and when until recently it wasn't common to document birth dates... I can imagine the situation, some government officials like "oh man again one of these blank birth dates", "yea just write 1874 or something". (Regardless to the exaggerated or ridiculous cases in this video).

My great grandfather was from the mountains and was able to live 173 years old. His name was not even written in the records. Few years before he died, when he was 167 years old, some villagers saw him and asked his age. When they discovered how old he was, people from the city came. They tried to convinced him to fly with them to the city so that they could study him for he maybe holding some pieces of the puzzle to come up with cures for various illnesses. My great grandfather responded, "I need to ask my mom first if I could go with you". The respected doctor responded and asked my great grandfather "sure, where is your mother's grave?".

My great great grandmother was born on June 15th, 1920 and they could never remember if it was on the 15th or the 16th because they somehow lost her records (it wasn’t common back then to keep records super accurately) For 96 years she celebrated mostly on the 16th until in 2016 when we figured out that she was actually born on the 15th, but we still celebrated 15 and 16 anyway, she was the mother of the family ❤️
she passed away in 2018 at the age of 98 and her last words were so like her “ugh, im sorry guys! we didn’t make it to 100” but then we still had a HUGE celebration on her 100th. She’s in a better place now but, sorry for the huge story of the great great grandmother but oh my goodness i loved her so much and she was such a wonderful person ❤️❤️❤️

VERY short generations in my family. most people had kids between 16 and 22 which is how we had 5 living generations for 10 years. I, born in 1981, used to visit my great-grandmother when I was young. She was born in 1897, and used to visit her grandparents when great-grandmother lived with them. She was born in 1799. So, I knew someone who knew someone from the thime when Washington was still alive. It just shows that we don't live long.

My great grandmother Bea Mathews (Los Angeles CA) is 103 so far! She drives still she walks completely unassisted she is 100% healthy and full of energy. She beat breast cancer at 89. She has smoked cigarettes her entire life. She got her first tattoo at 90 and now has 5. By all accounts she is healthier than her 3 daughters (grandmother and great aunts 80+ yrs old)
