    📍Pag walang Mcornick lemon flavor any flavor will do. Strawberry, ube, panda, chocolate ay pwedeng pwede.
    📍Fresh Kalmansi or lemon ay pwede, pampatangal po ng langsa ng Eggwhites. Hindi po pwede ang COT (Not recomended)
    📍Bakit Hindi makukuha ang consistency ng swiss merang?
    Make sure na yung bowl niyo ay clean and dry bago niyo inilagay lahat ng ingredients..
    📍Make sure na naka high speed agad
    At wag Tigilan sa pag beat hangang ndi nagiging stiff peak.
    📍Sa sugar, Granulated sugar lang po recomended ko.
    📍 Kahit Scarlet hand mixer ang iyong gamit ay magagawa mo ito ng Tama.
    While beating tilt ng kaunti Ang mixing bowl galaw galawin same time pati Ang hand mixer para mapabilis Ang pag stiff peak.
    📍 For scarlet hand mixer ilang minutes bago maging stiff peak?
    11 minutes po but depende Po Kung paano niyo wiggle ang mixer para mapabilis Itong mag stiff peak.
    Disclaimer: I try it already na yung mixing bowl naka lapat sa water and yung Isa Hindi nakalapat and works well.

    Maam nagtry po ako ng swiss meringue mu nakaka tuwa po at least ngayun may pang icing na ako n talagang stable basta sundin lang po ang mga tinuro mu salamat po sa natutunan ko sa inyu☺️murang icing para sa mga nag sstart palang na matuto na tulad ko sana one day pag pipipe nmn ang matutunan ko wala palang ako malaking noozle na 1M

    nagawa ko xa 2nd try out ko...kcnung una na over ata..tpos gumwa aq ulit..ayun nakuha ko xa hndi nalalaglag kpg bnaligtad ko ung lalagyan..kya lng after mga 5 mins cguro un..prang nagtutubig na nmn na xa tpos ayun nalalaglag na xa 😭😭😭
