- I got the frame back from the sand blasters... what a difference that makes. I also located a few more welds I just couldn't leave alone. After touching up those I was time to paint the inside of the frame, with POR15. I made a big mess, so you don't have to.

That frame turned out great from sandblasting, thanks for making these episodes! 👍👏👏👏😍
Happy to keep track of the mess 😆
Hey man, thanks for the shout out! FYI since then I discovered that a laundry vent cleaner is WAY easier. Subscribed.
Teach me the way bro! And thank you for the sun man, means a lot.
Living for this content haha keep it up! Glad i'm not the only one whos animated on the camera!
Happy to provide!
I dont know how you guys keep something so simple so entertaining. 👍🏻
Just by struggling with simple basic stuff 😆
Wife and I were cracking up. 😂
Thanks bro, we have a good time, most times…
You and Rachel are so entertaining together. Keep it up guys!
Thanks man, I just checked and you’re page is completely killing it!
What a great idea!
Probably could have made a million dollars off it…
Gold mate, loved it
You’re running is getting me motivated to shed some winter baggage. Thanks for watching man.
better then wax. 7/10, raised to 8/10 for all the innuendo.
Innuendo always wins in the end though.
Rachel: “So this entire endeavor is unnecessary?” Hahaha! Rachel needs to stop with that whole truth thing.
Hurts too, that truth stuff 😆
Back up, my eyes are up here:) Next invention… device to protect garage floor from POR15;)
Maybe paint the whole floor with it!?
Always crack me up.
We try to have a bit of fun with the struggle.
Love the glorified Q-Tip paint method!
It worked man, crazy but it worked.
I am enjoying your videos and the commentary from both sides of the Camera.
Appreciate that man, thanks for taking the time.
love love love your episodes. keep on keeping on
Always appreciate the feedback man.
I built the same descaler rotary unit; I experimented with the number of chain whips and length - I also added fishing weights to end of chains. I’m going to try your paint rotary tool idea - it came out great!
There’s a cleaner way to do it, but it costs well for the time I spent on it.
Hello Mr well explained,on the bronco ,continúe already suscribe, could You lea links on partes & tools used on the bronco or in shop, thanks Say hello ,Jorge.
That’s smart advice.
You can thin out the POR15 and spray it.
I’ve got the guns, I need to get spraying
Ben: "I'll let you do the Math because I literally can't". Also Ben: Aren't you an accountant or something!?!
Accountant 😆, I write non fiction for CA.
the porosity!!! AHHH!!!!
So much pores!
Whats happening with the FJ60? we going to see any vids on that?
Still in the rotation, just trying to get a part of the bronco squared away before next winter.
@@projectwrongway9127 Sweet! the 60 needs help!
The 40 is getting an engine swap mid June, then it’s getting the 60 back in line!
@@projectwrongway9127 Chuck in a 2H or a 1HZ :-p
Would love to, but the stupid smog
Laws prevent me from doing that.
Those shorts are a bit snug lol.
A bit long too.
Is your nozzle clean? I had that problem when I got porosity. I think the undercut is from the weaving and current setting. Probably better off with stringers. Tons of welders on youtube tho so don't take my advice.
Always down for advice Fred, always. Most of what I’ve learned and retained has been from feedback on here.
Question: What happened to the other FJ40?
The “investment” went to a friend. Realized I had my hands too full.
Some of your welds look a tiny bit better than the original ones. A couple went the other way. Overall, a semi positive outcome
Trial and error, some day I’ll be the best.
