Designed for a full range of pallet recycling including pallet prep, repair, dismantle, and recovery, the Pallet Hawg® PD200 can easily remove stringer boards, blocks, and deck boards of a pallet with one or two operators. Due to the unique combination of high torque and low RPMs, the Wood-Mizer pallet dismantler has an expected blade life of 1,200 to 1,500 dismantled pallets per blade which is nearly double the blade life of competitive pallet dismantling saws.

I don't know how I ended up here but I'm convinced this is the pallet dismantler is for me. Even though I've never had a single pallet in my life.
I've disassembled hundreds of pallets, mostly w a reciprocating saw. This would be an awesome tool to speed things along.
Pallets -> lumber -> projects (mostly bookshelves).
I didn't even know that this was a thing until I saw one on how it's made.

As cool as WoodMizer and this machine is, all I'm seeing is that awesomely large pallet it's sitting on.

The only thing this dismantler is missing is a place for the boards 2 fall in looks like u can only strip 1 pallet at a time making it a tripping hazard when stripping buy ur self not good but other then that I love this machine

Is that guy okay? He looks and speaks as if he's completely out of breath and about to have a heart attack. Neat device, but I can't help but express concern for the guy.
It's the "staged" voice. The voice used when you're trying to sound "cool" or "professional"

Companies dismantle pallets in order to reuse the boards in a remanufactured or recycled pallet. This saves from companies having to use new material to make pallets. Plus recycled pallets are less expensive than buying new!
