I like it, if you are into the blade culture, it's just a fun knife to try. Like you said it's like a balisong or other knives that have different mechanical open and closing, just takes some practice. For some reason also reminds me of the Provoke from CRKT/Caswell
Cool blade however despite “this shouldn’t happen” …this axiom applies to me “If there’s a way to get cut with a blade I will find it!” Thanks for sharing!
First and foremost the fake knife AkA the trainer will get more hand time, let that sink in. If I would have tried this knife out before buying it, I wouldn’t have bought one. Niche & innovative definitely, practical & utilitarian nope. My biggest con that no one mentioned is that, it puts a lot of uncomfortable pressure on the finger (the one put in the ring) when trying to unlock. IMHO this is not a self defense weapon, keep in mind that majority of the bad guys carry guns, also there’s too many variables to consider and adding complexity while opening it, make this a NoGo in my book. I would never hand over the real blade one to anyone to check out, it is a very dangerous knife to fidget with. I can only imagine how many people seriously injured themselves while playing with it. Keeping it = yes, pocketing it = I don’t think so, High Shelving it (on display but hard to get) = definitely.
well all Karambits put a pressure on the finger inside the ring ... thats just Karambit ... but after a while of training with Karambit(not just spinning) the skin get thicker and the pressure is no longer that much present ... this is mechanical original spin to knifes ... its more of a show off in my opinion ... but can be also used for selfdefense ...no not majority of bad guys carriyng guns...at least in europe ..u can carry a pocker knife but no one can carry a gun in public spaces ... and is really hard to get gun anyway ... so majority of little bad guys(thiefs etc.) do carry most of the times a knife ... in which case is to good have one with yourself ... that can save u the whole confrontation ...showing a bit of skill with it and they will turn arround(personal experience) ...but this is like i said more of a show off but can be used for a trip, selfdefense or just plaything in the right hands(for that purpose is much better the trainer) . as a fan of Karambits i will most certainly get this original piece .
I don't carry a knife for defensive purposes but I had to get one it's great I love fidgeting with it
Cool. Looks like a nice thick blade.
Check out the review, dropped today

I miss my CRKT hole in one knife
Cool knife. I’d never carry it but definitely be fun to play around with.
Three in each hand, squeezed between the fingers, whipped out at the same time, you too can become Wolverine!
Pretty wild! Great video 👍
Very!
