"Ambidextrous, I count the money with both hands" classic
But floyd can’t count to 10
he actually pronounced it “ambidextrious” lol and “bof” instead of both
@@fwtheog9768 who asked you to ask who asked you
@@tupacshakur4446 he doesnt need to lol
@@tupacshakur4446 ok?
His rhythm on the bag is flawless and as smooth as it gets.
Just fucking perfect
Notice how he doesnt obliterate the bag wasting energy. He works technique and combos, power comes later
those punches still sound hard af and they come quick
@Andrew Cromartie money makes those people follow the cult
He's a master of his craft. I laugh at dorks who couldn't fight 1 round before gassing talking about how they hit their cheap Walmart punching bag in their moms garage harder when they ain't serving coffee at Starbucks.
@@MOGMirros I agree. I've personally seen casuals hit my heavy bag for 30 secs before conpletely runnng out of gas. Plus their shots are pure shit too 🤣 these are the same people that say that Floyd "runs"
Those popping noises on the bag are music
I love that sound
Accuracy.
it's giving me ASMR
It’s Addictive
Anyone ever notice how every boxer except for Floyd Mayweather when training on the heavy bag or mits, they always throw a two, three or four punch combination and then stop punching, hop around a bit and reset to prepare for the next few punch combo? Floyd doesn't do that. He simply never stops punching. I think with gaps between combinations, fighters are training themselves to have moments of unreadiness and Floyd, with his level of experience, is able to pick up on those moments and therefore knows most of the time when to strike the opponent. Floyd trains to not have those gaps. That might explain why he lands such a high percentage of his punches. This is just a theory of mine, I could be wrong.
Mayweather hits a lot harder than most people try giving him credit for.
Rez yea I mean he does not have tremendous knockout power and is not a knockout fighter at all, but what people need to realize is how weak do you think a boxer’s punch can be? ;)
Rez of course he hits you exactly pinpointed nice little snapping power shots not crazy power but the way his form and technique is it won’t knock you out but you’ll know you in a fight 💯
I mean if not for his fragile hands he'd have more KOs than his record implies.
Hell no he weak👎🏾
@Abdikadir Abdiwahid those he have more knock out then PAC man?????? Thought so!!😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🤣
You can hate his attitude but you can't deny that he is one of the most hard working athletes there is
The most hardworking period. That’s why he’s called mr hardwork, dedication.
Look at that technique! Idiots on here talking about "where's the power?" clearly don't know what they're watching. It's picture perfect technique on show. Every movement is 100% controlled, balanced and exactly how it should be. It's like watching an amazing dancer with a punch bag for a partner. Fucking amazing and like every genius of his sport/craft he makes it look deceptively easy.
Carissa Cornelius let me eat
Very true. Anyone who's trained seriously in boxing knows how beautiful this exceptional work is.
Hey, I plan on getting my Combative License in January, I've been solo training for a couple years and I'd like some advice on what to work on.
Few videos on my channel, Thanks People. 👍👍
Floyd has always had power he just doesnt put everything in2 one shot like most fighters. He hits u with just hard enough and accurate and fast punches to hurt u. He knows it will eventually slow u down
deemo dolphin you hit it right on the point💯
Yep. Get their respect. Then breaks them dowwn
Floyd have power that's why he move 5 weight classes
Floyd has Glass hands, that's why he turned more defensive in his late career. Pretty Boy was knocking the hell out of everyone...
I love how he is workin it on the bag and there’s a crowd of people watching him and when he’s done they applaud him😭
You just explained the video well done 👏
Nobody trains like this. Every punch picture perfect, sharp, accurate chino got problems.
***** yup but i think its even less than 10 mill. dat fight gone be jumping tho.
they really dont though. some peoples comments are beyond laughable. perfect technique
I hit the bag like Floyd
watch lomachenko
He ain’t hurt chino one time just countered him all day
I find watching this very therapeutic. The sound. The technique. The Posture. It’s art in motion.
The guy is the einstein of boxing. Too smart and is always one step ahead of his opponents.
Einstein didnt do it for the money, and his legacy was not buying strip clubs and bragging about being rich.
@@guillermococofrito9196 stay mad
@@guillermococofrito9196 But Einstein was a fckin genius 😂
@@guillermococofrito9196 you have the heart of a woman
That's so sick, every movement is perfect. Certainly the best of all time, to much respect.
Maybe that's why he does the heavy bag that way, that and for endurance,Floyd never gets tired in the ring and he can place his punches, thousands of hours of repetition until he nearly can't do it wrong, course he's the sort of lad could do a thing wrong just to throw off his opponents timing or whatever, that's how he said he beat Pacquiao he kept disrupting his rhythm,he said Pacquiao is a rhythm fighter and he never let him settle into his usual rhythm
Imagine getting done working out and a crowd clapping for you lol awkward
@@davidsanchez9817 good point I agree

HARDWORK DEDICATION HARDWORK DEDICATION - that felt powerful hearing that whilst watching him tear it up! Amazing
I love how every punch is so technically sound. My favourite boxer of all time.
Sounds like the 4th of July when everyone in town throwing fireworks, powerful and random but consistent
He does it as naturally as breathing,it's beautiful
i like how everyone just stands around and watches like they’ve never seen a punching bag before 🤣
Are you stupid? Mayweather is punching a heavy bag, might as well watch.
He isnt flashy. Hes precise and powerful
People that say this man can't punch need to stfu... I used to box and can say from experience that when you get hit with punches that "sharp"... It hurts. There's a reason why no fighter ever walked through Floyd's punches to get to him. He may not have devastating power like a Tyson or Foreman... But you'll feel it if he hits you. He hits you hard enough to put you in your place lol
Not only that people like Tyson swung with everything they had and were brawlers fighting for the sole purpose in knocking u out, the way we see Floyd punching on this bag he doesn't punch in his fights, he's a calculated defensive counter puncher not looking for a knockout...wen we was pretty boy Floyd we seen him coming for knockouts and was getting the job done
Beautiful !!! This dude inspires the hell outta me his work ethic is amazing.
He's been boxing for decades. He is perfectly capable of hitting that bag hard enough to break a wooden board but all he needs to practice is his form and diatance. If y'all are giving all you have on a heavy bag then y'all don't know what its actually for.
+Gentleman Gamer easy work
+Gentleman Gamer high intensity bag work is also good. builds power, speed & endurance.
Did this man just say mayweather should practice form and distance.....you do know he’s an undefeated professional fighter fighter
Gentleman Gamer his distance? May weather is the king of distance deception you know how dumb you sound you clearly know fuck all about. Boxing hopefully in the 2 years. Since you've come along more in the sense of not being a fucking casual deluded fan
Gentleman Gamer agree with you completely. It' a shame when people say "oooh he's not smashing the bag", if they knew anything they would know that's why it's called 'working the bag' and not 'beat the shit out of the bag and break your hands'.
A mayweather anime would be so dope because he reached the maximum level of boxing.
Anybody can throw a punch but accurate and effective is another realm
yep no point throwing powerful punches without aiming
@@sourcookie3113 look at wilder
I did this tippy tap workout for 30 minutes non-stop. I've cycled it 5 days in a row. Is it me or do I actually feel that my technique becomes sharper?
What I do is everytime I tap the bag, I FEEL the sweet spot to try to make a connection, and gently snap my shot into the bag when I tap it.
I feel like my technique don't fade as much when I'm tired, and I feel like I am more accurate in my shots to hit that sweet spot.
Anyone tried it? Anyone have similar experiences? Or is it placebo???
That's what it's supposed to do
This goes with anything: If you can tell you've improved, you're doing it right.
Does it really work?
+Dennis Rodman
Try it yourself and see.
For me, this is now my go-to workout. But you lose power, so you have to supplement other workouts to keep your power.
You gain accuracy, you get that pop everytime. Hit it with full power and be surprised how loud the shotgun sound can be, because you hit the sweet spot real nice. Your technique gets sharp and your arms get tired less quicker. Your technique fades less when you are tired.
Do it and see, and let me know if your experience is the same as mine...
+Dennis Rodman
One more thing: these type of punches are non-committal punches, but because your technique is sharper, you compensate your loss of power with snap (another form of power).
The problem with throwing the Mike Tyson type of hooks is that you leave yourself very open when you miss. Mike Tyson turns his body when he throws hooks. Floyd doesn't. When you train Floyd's style, your punches "sting", rather than "wrecking ball". But you recover your punches quicker and is better DEFENSIVELY. You don't leave yourself as open.
Watching Floyd train is amazing. He does everything so perfect. Retired Undefeated for a reason.
But he lost a fight tho… he had great defense but yk damn well he lost a fight… just look at the Castillo fight🤦🏽♂️
@@sssj_4782 but he won so get over it that was in 2002 and gave him a rematch
Thanks Ben for this footage now we cool !
Money May is back !!!!
Anyone else see this as a beautiful piece of artwork?
His left hook to the body is so crisp and so snapy. To those that don't get the seemingly light touches 1 it's a massive bag but 2 when you're not familiar with boxing in all aspects it can seem odd but in fights and on the bag you don't throw power all day, scoring and probing matter plus you won't know where my power will explode. Obviously to conserve energy but also if you've never taken light hits from a glove before it's not something you can really put together but they will hurt and especially being stung over and over and not even on a pressure fighter level to do it.
Every punch Floyd throws at that heavy bag has 1 ton of passion behind it.
Mayweather hands are like fireworks!
Like a pistol goin off with each shot he throws, his accuracy, timing, amazing
A true master of his craft just sublime to watch.
u gotta love his dedication I've watched this several times lol
thanks youtube to bless us with this educational clips!
Definition of greatness. Pace smooth and teachnique
i watched this video looking at all those people just standing around watching mayweather hit a bag and i thought wow these people have nothing better to do? then i realized i'm doing the same thing
This is Perfection.
All his heavy bags are lit
Lmao love how Uncle Jeff is just in the back playing with the double-end bag at the start
he never really does a few punch combos on the heavy bag and now I know why, he's not an offensive fighter so he's focused on defense only, always wondered why he never actually "boxed" like other professionals
He looks way faster than Maidana. Lots of pop in those punches.
Yup hahahaha
Sharpening his craft! Legit work.
All that hitting of the bag to only clinch every second
This is more action you will see out of him than his real fights
Am I the only one who gets turned on by the sounds of those perfect punches landing on the bag?
Strength Addict are u a guy lol
Strength Addict maybe you should fuck with the heavybag
For real thooo, so crisp so smooth

clean and precise
1:59 - the guy in the back working his ass off on double end bag. A legend. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
He throws punches for accuracy and not to KO his opponent every punch. It's won him every fight so far so why try to KO. Plus throwing power punches wears you down faster which is why he outlast his opponents in every fight. If your gonna attempt to beat you have to take knocking him out of the gameplan cause it ain't happenin. Your gonna have to try to beat him on the scorecard

respect for Floyd
I keep coming back to his videos and always pick up on something new. Floyd just has it figured out. The more you know about boxing, the more you respect this man.
I agree 100%. I used to hate Floyd but once I started boxing myself, I quickly changed my view. The man is an artist and his craft is beautiful to watch.

2019 and this shit still look like magic
that is beautiful heavy bag work
even tho i dislike floyd fighting style, i still think he going to demolish the doll connor. connors boxing might be good in ufc but if you think he got a chance against real boxer than you really out of your damn mind

@Michael Brown bet you were there hahah sorry bro
I really use to hate on this guy for not brawling with other boxer and also his trash talk but honestly this guy is an artist at boxing
one tThe best jab in boxing history
Best way to train the punching bag, no need to make big hits, just keep the pace, steady, get rythm, train your cardio and stamina, guys who punch the bag like there's no tomorrow last 4, 5 rounds, training this way you can last 45 minutes and has more bennefits than let it all out.
taisgdl just train all aspects
taisgdl heavy bag isn't for stamina. look at mike Tyson when he hits the heavy bag. He only throws like 3 punches every 10 seconds. it depends what kind of fighter you are. you wouldn't know.
you are correct I hit the bag 4 times a week, when i went for kill shots 4 to 5 rounds, go for steady eddy like Floyd was doing builds up your stamina and that is what the heavy bag if for in my opinion.
+MiskandarS I agree the heavy bag works all aspects of boxing
I think if you are doing bag 4 times a week,do 2 times a kill shots and 2 times practice technique, speed, build up your stamina
I have never in my life, seen people stand around a boxer watching mesmerized while he hits a heavy bag then clap on cue like it was the end of a Broadway show when he stops. He looks good, I think he will be working on body shots and setting his feet to land power early and discourage attacks from Maidana.
Do you mean you haven't personally seen people stand around a boxer mesmerized at their training?
The end was fire!
Can anyone tell me if there's a link to purchase one of the yellow grant heavy bags he hits? I've looked for but can't find so far.
Do you realize that this man has done this thousands and thousands and tens of thousands of times in his life? Repetition after repetition. Countless nights in a dark gym by himself for hours and hours. Incredible addiction to the craft
Why is floyd the only one in shape in his team 😭
Prime Floyd was something else
no body can fight like you never
A lot of dudes on here are fools. Talking about that it seems like he's punching harder now. For the most part, he always punched like that. Floyd is going to unload any punch that presents itself. Oh oh he's gonna "hit him with a body shot"? He always throws body shots in his fights.
The greatest boxer of all time!
Nah
This is inspiring!
Godgiven talent + hard work = this
I once saw a video Floyd hitting the bag and repeating to himself “hard work, dedication, it’s light work” Floyd truly is the best ever. #TMT #TBE #GOAT
Shut up Carl
I would've lost it at 0:46😂😂😂
Why?
+A.Glooo the sound effects he's making lol
Perzecute he does 😂😂
His rhythm is insane
the best in his class indeed
hes lookin good but wait a month when his in mid camp form, thats when he just beastin
Seems likeayweather is going to KO maidaina with a body shot I see.
He looks strong honestly Floyd looks sharp and seems like he's hitting harder than normal.
I watch this shit almost every week, it's like watching an artist paint.
If Floyd had unbreakable hands, he would've had upwards of an 80% knockout rate from his wins. And imo he would have been the best boxer to have ever stood in the ring.
weird how some,.. no.. alot, of people say he aint got no power.....
Their crazy lol
He chooses not to use it so he won't risk getting Countered, landing a punch and earning points by making the glove touch opponents face or body, power doesnt have to do anything in Boxing blue print unless you're looking for a K.O
ThaPioneer besides he Sayed his hands broke after the Gatti fight. Thats the Reason he fight defensive and try to win on points.
His hands broke down after Gatti, he fights defensively but if he didn't have power his opponents would walk through him.
Could watch it all day
It’s like a whip when he throws at full pelt
