That shit is actually a lot more beneficial than "killing the bag", well me for me it is. After switching to this, you'd be surprised at how snappy your punches get, how well balanced you get while throwing punches, how well you're able to switch tempos, how accurate your punch placement becomes, and how quick you're able to generate power in a short amount of space.

Actually this is one of the reason why floyds stamina is super high, its because his heavy bag training is in a moderate constant pace that works your lactic accid ressistant which other fighters does not train.

I've worked out on traditional heavy bags th-cam.com/users/postUgkxp9-sf95nqfjey-uyzxUzQ7m9MXRPK1BE a spherical stuffed "wrecking ball" bag, and now this thing. What I like about it is that it has the heft to stay largely in place so I'm not chasing it around. It's tall enough to allow for headshots and body shots, but it's short enough to give an uppercut somewhere to land. I'm very happy so far. Filling it was a bit of a cluster. For top-offs, I've learned that you can screw the supplied nozzle onto any basic plastic water bottle. I can't speak to durability as I've only had it a week.

"Even I hit harder than that!" - your secret thought in your head.
But then you realise he is the champion, and beats all those so called "tough guys" that throws bombs on the heavy bag. He wins and makes his opponents look foolish and makes millions of dollars.
Thereafter, my conclusion is: "There must be something he knows about this workout that I don't!"

The thing that catches my eye the most when floyd is on the heavy bag is the way he is able to change his tempos so precisely and to throw from both sides without crowding himself or falling off balance... hes really sharp and this workout doesnt look hard to the eye but a lot about boxing looks like it could be done until you actually do it.

The crazy thing is,people don't realize he keeps touching the bag.Thats the hard part,to keep touching the bag at different speed and intensity, just like a real fight, and just like jumping rope.you can always change speed. But keep going is the key. you are training your mind to let your hands go,because people get stuck in just standing there trying to counter punches, and end up getting caught.

Floods simple secret as to why he's better than absolutely everybody is the VOLUME OF REPS in all his workouts. They're always nonstop throwing punches. If your opponent throws 200 hard punches in his workouts compared to you throwing 400 light medium to hard punches in your workout. It's simple you are outworking them with volume not intensity. Floyd just does more he throws nonstop punches while they may not be hard it's non stop and theyre constantly under strain compared to other fighters who throw just a combo and take 1-2 seconds break and then go again. In those 1-2 seconds Floyd is still working. The GOAT PERIOD

Although Floyd might not be a strong as the conman, his punches will definitely be more effective and felt when compared to the whiteboy...the speed, angles, accuracy, timing are going to far outweigh anything the poser throws and lands...guaranteed. Floyd knocks the clown out by the 4th if he wants...or he may play with him until he 8-9th before tko ing mr Mctappy
