Its the smoothness that gets me. Anyone knows how dominating and chaotic working the heavybag can be. His in perfect control

Not a single person actually knows whats going on in this video. Hes training with hard headed gloves, so he doesn`t damage his hands (why is sounds so loud hitting the bag). He is not even doing anything but warming up at the very least. When media is around professional fighters that are at the very top, they don`t show any secrets. This is probably just him messing around for the cameras or hes just keeping loose.

He is actually showing how he switches angles so quickly and controls his opponent on the inside with his forearms while pivoting. If you pay attention you can see how to practice changing stance without getting hit.
My punches make gun shot sounds too. But I have perfected my punch down to a tee and I use normal 16 oz gloves

Watching this you notice that loma cuts right to throw a looping left hand his power is in his rear hand his jab remains crisp and efficient on his lead side but the angles effectively set up shots with the rear hand while he blocks his opponents vision with his lead hand he's creativity is where he success has come from creativity and structure ( my personal opinion on loma) he trains simple but everything is crisp it's like he is fine tuning the machine in the media workouts where is behind closed doors are where the upgrades happen haha

I've worked out on traditional heavy bags th-cam.com/users/postUgkxp9-sf95nqfjey-uyzxUzQ7m9MXRPK1BE a spherical stuffed "wrecking ball" bag, and now this thing. What I like about it is that it has the heft to stay largely in place so I'm not chasing it around. It's tall enough to allow for headshots and body shots, but it's short enough to give an uppercut somewhere to land. I'm very happy so far. Filling it was a bit of a cluster. For top-offs, I've learned that you can screw the supplied nozzle onto any basic plastic water bottle. I can't speak to durability as I've only had it a week.
