He is not often mean to Leo (sometimes he challenges him) and he’s especially not mean to Don (it’s rare). There were times where Leo was actually wrong such listening to Oruku Saki and Raph put a stop to it even when it meant he had to fight him. He was more open about apologizing and caring for his siblings and others (especially kids and elderly, women).
This movie is one of the greatest tmnt movies ever made but it really leaves a emotional impact on me. I hope the show comes back and then the turtles,April,splinter and Casey went though all that is crazy. If we won’t get a new season for rise I hope we get a 1 or maybe 2 more movies Edit:I didn’t think I would ever get a 100 likes on a comment. Because it's called RISE of the TMNT, I would be so interested if they had one for each of the brothers. this movie showed Leo rising, I hope we have others focusing on Mikey's, Donnie, and raphs journey. would be very interesting each of them having their own narrative and issues to work out in order to reach their potential

And it would be great if it came back, I mean there is still one Krang in their world that didn’t get trapped back with the other Krang in the portal.. what if the show came back showing the Krang is still a potential threat to the turtles? And how we could possibly see more of Casey! And see Leo take his leadership role more seriously, that would all be cool! If the show came back that is, I know it probably won’t tho but it would be great if it did come back

The Kraang weren't great villains, the script was a mess, and it felt really disconnected from the series that came before--the finale and the role that the Kraang played in it are actually better! This may be the third best TMNT movie to date (the 1990 and Batman vs TMNT movies are better) but that's not very hard to do when Secret of the Ooze was previously third best!

It's horrifying if you forget about your own siblings; it's heart wrenching if you picture yourself in the situation. Edit: This is also not factoring in Leo’s pain and how terrifying it must’ve been for him. He joked about them taking a bit long, but he couldn’t have been certain they could even get him back. For all he knew, he’d stay there forever.
fun turtle fact! turtles can feel pretty much everything that happens to their shells, as thats where most of their nerve endings are located, even just poking them in the shell with your finger too hard can feel the same as if you got poked in the eye. now imagine how much Raph getting his shell cracked must've hurt.

Y’know Omar did a *OUTSTANDING JOB* on voicing Raph when he was “half alien” And when Leo was fighting him, you could hear the roars and voice of Omar/Raph :> I know some people notice/know this but I’m just explaining for the people who don’t know and can’t hear that well :(
He definitely did but Leo is a close second just because of the scene where he was in that alien dimension and kept on getting beat up. Like that scene was brutal and it only lasted about 5 minutes give or take.
The finale and movie really showed how big of a heart Rise's Raph has and how much of a warrior he was. He was so different from his usual versions but he was still so likeable and seemed to be the only one of the quartet to have a good head on his shoulders. That's why he's the best of the foursome as far as I'm concerned.

as much as i love raph he really wasn't that good of a leader.... an awesome big brother sure! absolutely! prioritizing keeping his family safe was what made him SEEM like a good leader, but in reality, how many of raph's plans worked? and thats IF he planned at all. i love raph, but as much as he gets on his brothers for not thinking things through, he never really did either. raph had the desire and the drive to lead, but he never had the plans or the strategy. he was always getting them into trouble, and usually luck was the only reason they got out. that, or a sudden plan from leo, or all of them working together. again, i love raph, and it was AWESOME to see him in the leader role, but the show is called RISE of the tmnt for a reason. it was always going to be leo taking up the mantle of leader in the end. just a shame the show got cancelled before they could properly build up to it. :/
