No matter how many times I watch this it's always just.. breathtaking. Seriously, this might be the most emotional animatic I've ever seen, and whenever I watch this it just gives me so much motivation. You're amazing at conveying emotion through expressions, and just.. idk, you're just amazing at what you do, man. You have a new sub, and keep up the honestly godlike work.

I'm don't usually comment on things but this is so underrated I had to say something! This is amazing, I specifically love the drawing scene and the last bit with Leo hugging Green
The part where he runs to his family and hugs green made me cry, cause a while ago, I was sh and had a really rough time and I felt like ending it all but then my friend and my mom and bro helped me, and now I feel like I can like forward but a part of me will always still feel that pain but I'm ok with that feeling and ready to move on so this made me cry hard

You think Donnie still feels the deep guilt because Baron use his Tech to control and torture he own brother.....it understandable if he still has guilt. Though Leo doesn't blame him at all, all Leo was thinking is that he family probably seen him as a monster because what he did. So maybe Donnie and Leo can come to forgive themselves for something that was out of their control, it would be a sweet moments

I love this fanfic so much, i love how everyone cares so much for leo, i love how leo comfort green knowing green was always going to be part of him, but he did not shy away, he embraced green, even though it was the darkest times.

Everything about this is amazing! It may sound redundant seeing as there are many comments saying this, but the way you capture the emotions is incredible. I've read LFLS, and I could tell exactly which part was happening when. As I was watching this, I've felt the emotions I'd felt while reading the story. To add to that, you're art in general is awesome!! There were specific moods for each scene, and that paired along with the use of perspective changes gave this FLAVOR!!!! I've been eating this up for (I kid you not) 4 days straight.

I’ll be honest: LFLS is too much for me. I’ve read little snippets, and watched animatics, but have stopped when I heard the amount of angst in it. I don’t usually watch content from it. Your animatic is an exception. It’s eye-candy for me, and I love it.

I felt this in my soul, like this got to me on such a visceral emotional level that I don't even know how to describe it. Especially the part where his past self grabbed him by the ankle and he hugged him, its just, so so emotional. And such a good representation of ptsd. That scene reminds me so much of my own journey with trauma, ouch but like,, not nesscarily in a bad way? Damn. Good job.

I’m such a big Rie!Leo Kinnie that my best friend almost couldn't read the fix because the Leo in that reminded her too much of me. This animation is one of the best ones I've seen so far and, as someone who has also reread LFLS fifteen times, I applaud the end. Because holy shit. That ending almost made me cry.

I really hope the fanfic ends the way your animatic did. I read the lastest chapter so the turtles are still in that healing process and Leo still sees himself as Green and all that. Hopefully he'll be able to come to terms with everything he has experienced over time. Recovery is a long process and definitely isn't perfectly linear, however I hope he will be able to have fun with his brothers again in the end.
