I was playing around and got a 15 kilo PR on my deadlift 1.5 weeks prior to droppin baby #6 and my warrior Apache pilot husband put his back out ....tying his boot and his story of scooting like the Dillon inch worm to call for help....beautiful. Yes, more teamwork makin the dream work team Loewen!

I know you don't totally love the fittest mom title, because it may isolate moms or make them feel like they don't add up. But as a mom of 3 girls and 1/100th the level of fitness you have, I love it!!! I am so proud of you, because it's showing our girls how tough we are and how we can take up space in big sports like this! ❤❤❤

I pulled my back doing a heavy squat, it sucked so much. I was like Dillon on the ground barely able to move. I had to txt my wife to come downstairs to help me up. Sucked so much.
