I was inspired by a quote, I just have this desire to help people master their own thoughts. My brand of therapy involves going into the shadows to deal with the thoughts that can if unchecked or challenged hold us back. To have a bright new future we often have to go into the dark to allow us to emerge into the light. All the thoughts are my own and they are strategies I have personally used to help myself. Thank you it resonated with me, I am always thinking how I invest my life's hours is it useful or am I thinking about things that are no longer productive or relevant. It is important for me personally to let go of the thoughts or actions that are no longer relevant or productive.
