When Saitama walks backwards at the very beginning of their fight, he makes a serious face because he is terribly disappointed that the strength of the strongest fighter in the entire Universe is nowhere near his.

A lot of people miss a lot. People also dont realize Saitama only attacked 3 times. He was always either not defending himself or on the defensive. Gauging to see Boro's strength.
People somehow also miss that he used the rock on the moon to gauge the gravity to correctly jump off as to not destroy the moon completely and also not to blast literally through the earth.
But the most important thing most people somehow missed, and this is literally the most important thing, is how he called Boros the Denominator of the universe.

Not only you, but the reason why the sad music played was to show that Saitama shows respect that he lied about Boros being strong. He indeed confirmed that he was strong but not that it was his match.
You were supposed to. This is made abundantly clear by the sad music playing while Saitama was walking away.
Honestly? I don't feel sorry for him. He probably killed millions of people in that first attack, there was no warning so in a city that big no one would have evacuated. Plus, who knows how many planets he destroyed in the 20 years he was running around looking to end his boredom.
It just seems sad because he was the first villain to have a realistic goal, even if it was a weak one. All the others just thought they were above everyone else and deserved to stand at the top.

Es que básicamente eso es de lo que se trata está pelea y el que gana el que realmente lo.da todo y en este caso el ganador fue Boros al poder darlo todo en el combate y morir teniendo la batalla que tanto quería.

Eu acho que é porque ele e o Saitama são parecidos, Boros sofria com o tédio de não conseguir um oponente a altura e o Saitama também, mas após ser derrotado ele percebeu que o Saitama era ainda mais forte do que ele, então simpatizou com Saitama e percebeu que o tédio do Saitama ainda ia durar muito tempo e seria bem mais intenso que o dele.
